“A lot better this time as your staff were good on my outward trip. Waited quite a time in my return as no one picked up the phone for 15 minutes and therefore had to wait some time for the car”

“I know that the instructions do identify the floor to get to at T5 but there is another company using a purple logo on the same floor that is misleading. It would assist if there is a clear indication that PP is at the end of the level.”

“PP Costs vs. NHS discounts are nil, am I doing something wrong? Parked with Flying Scot again at Edinburgh Airport (Ratho Station is easy to reach from the motorway and only 8 -10 minutes from the airport). Bus was already waiting from us when we arrived on site, very busy small bus. Waited 15 minutes upon arrival back to Edinburgh which isnt that long but it was torrential rain and that made it uncomfortably cold.”

“First time flying from Birmingham so hadn't used the airparks self park carpark on Mackadown Lane, even though I have used purple parking to book my holiday parking many times. Was also a little concerned because of the extensive roadworks on the M42 in the vicinity of the airport, however the instructions to get to the carpark were excellent. The carpark is a little way from the airport but traffic was light and with the regular shuttle bus getting to and from the terminal was straightforward. Staff at the carpark and the bus drivers were friendly and helpful -oh and there is a chippy among the shops around the corner that is open evenings for a top up before the drive home.”

“I would recommend Purple Parking to anyone seeking a safe and reliable vacation parking solution. I now regularly use their Bath Road facility which is super convenient being situated adjacent to the Premier Inn. Upon entering the huge covered and highly secure facilities there are clear directions leading to the vehicle drop-off zone and thereafter to the customer reception area. Experienced PP staff then carefully move customers’ cars to their assigned positions each with generous spacing ensuring a damage free parking experience every time. On the collection day cars are brought to a holding area, again with generous spacing providing ease of loading and a quick exit directly on to the Bath Road. The courtesy bus service provided runs frequently to and from all terminals. The entire Purple Parking experience is a very slick and, in my view, peerless operation providing complete peace of mind when customers leave their cars there often for weeks on end.”
