So simple, straight in, handed the keys over, straight on the bus to my terminal. Landed straight to the bus stop & back to my car. It couldn’t have been easier, even when I changed cars and timing.

I have not used Purple Parking at LHR for many years due to long wait times for return of my vehicle and poor staff attitude. Nothing seems to have changed. Whilst I accept that drivers seat position may need to be adjusted, I do not appreciate SatNav etc being played with in the 0.5 mile journey to the storage site. I am a regular business traveler through LHR and will not be using again unless there are no other options.

Smooth and stress-free experience. Great service from start to finish. Everything went very smoothly — dropped the key off when I arrived, and when I returned, the car was ready and waiting. Quick, efficient, and hassle-free. The staff were helpful and made the whole process super easy. Will definitely use again.

Poorly signed posted. Bus to the airport was overcrowded. Had to wait over 20 mins for pick up. Gatwick parking miles better than Heathrow I’m afraid !!

The barrier didn't go up. So I had to pay £139/50 pence . I am trying to find out how to get a refund. This is the first bad experience. We have used the company four times before.Gatwick ; Bristol, Bournemouth. Would like some help sorting it out. Sincerely P Maye.

A good service. We were directed to a precise parking spot which was helpful. Easy check in and speedy shuttle service. On return it all went smoothly for us. It is important not to misplace your bus ticket for the return journey. I’d use this car park again.

Have used Maple Parking, outside ULEZ zone before and will use again. Easy to find. Efficient drop off & pick up and good bus connections.

Excellent parking venue. Does exactly as stated and only 4-5 minutes from the airport. I have used Direct Parking several times already this year and it won’t be my last booking.

Was not informed that the shuttle bus does not go to terminal 4 so both pick up and drop off we had to be dropped off at terminal 2 and then get the train to terminal 4 and the same for the return and then the shuttle bus continues round to terminal 5 to pick up passengers so the whole process took an additional 1 hour each way which is unacceptable so won’t be booking again

Been using this location for parking at Heathrow for over 20 years. The only problem that started during Covid, is that pick up from Terminal 3 goes via terminal 5 instead of going straight back to the parking area putting almost 20 minutes extra on the journey back. After a long flight, that is not what is wanted. Covid inpact has finished. Please put the direct bus back on and don't go via Terminal 5. If it wasn't for that I would give 5 Stars

Apart from a slight blip on departing Manchester P3 parking. I placed the token into the machine and a £482.80 payment came up on the screen. After a quick call via gate machine all was put right and I continued on my journey home. So DONT PUT YOUR TOKEN IN THE MACHINE it recognised the plates. Thanks for an easy parking experience. I will definitely use Purple Parking again but will keep the token out of the machine.
