“Like using purple parking and use for most of our trips but the parking for Southampton was not very clear for those that pre-book, just instructions on how to pay. Confused several car owners and weren’t sure whether we’d come back to a parking ticket. Maybe some idea that the car park you are in is the right one by a code on the parking tariff sign that matches your booking reference”

“Service was efficient, clear and very easy to use as well as convenient. However the car must’ve been parked on a field as all the sides of the tyres were covered in mud and so too was the drivers seat mat. Took quite a bit of scrubbing to get off -had to take car to car wash for wheels though”

“Found Luton site quite easily (did use satnav). Easy entry with online booking. Pleasant and helpful staff on duty. Shuttle to airport approx 12 mins. Return from airport 7 days later again no problems- shuttle collected several of us returnees after approx 15 mins wait at Luton arrivals busstop -there is a QR code at busstop to advise where/when shuttle is enroute. Key collection for boxsafe at parking site @3am also easier than expected.Overall good service and value for amount paid.”

“On the way in, it was ok, still far from the airport. On the way back we wait for the bus more than 20 minutes! seen APH and other competitors twice during that waiting time. will use someone else next time”

“Horrible unjustified long wait at Gatwick pick up point, although it was Monday almost a dead quite day in February, we ended up waiting 50 minutes in the freez cold till the shuttle arrived! Another unsurprised failure in the whole system on this country”

“Everything went to plan drop off and pick up no problems at Stansted , a short bus ride and your there, worth remembering the number of the bus pick up point for your return, the only thing i would be there is no purple parking sign anywhere ,it just say's mid stay parking which could be a little confusing for some people.”
