Not the easiest to find the right gate. Google maps took me to easyJet staff car park. Couldn't actually see a purple parking sign anywhere. Parking itself was easy and mini bus drop off was OK although they wait to have full load so it's not every 10 min. Bus back was quite similar. We were baking in a hot bus before he got full load. It wasn't clear where at the car park is going to stop but the driver was easy going and stopped next to my car😄. Getting out was easy too No problem even with being half an hour late to leave due to flight delay. On general positive experience. Felt like shuttle in Greece or Spain but with friendly customer service lads. Will use again but will allow half an hour for transfer.

Was a straightforward drop off and a hood price but I returned to my car in the middle of the night and although car was very dirty/dusty I noticed there was a scuff from another vehicle on the passenger side door which was disheartening.

Very happy, easy to find. Hand over took a couple of minute then we were in departures. Upon returning a quick call while waiting for our bags, car was ready and waiting for us, only time took was 1 minute while carpark ticket was validated. No complaints from me

My husband was rushed into hospital ICU in Switzerland. I knew we couldn't return on our scheduled date. I contacted Purple Parking and explained my problem. You were so understanding and informed me I would not have to pay excess payments. When we arrived back in Manchester, Sunday 6th July, it stated We must pay the excess. I rang on the internal phone, explained the situation and we were able to access our keys with no excess to pay. Thank you.

Dropped car at Gatwick south and collected from Gatwick north terminal. Friendly staff. Easy process, no concerns. Would use service again.

Limited number of long stay buses running in the early hours of the 5th July meaning we wanted 40 mins for a bus and were travelling with 2 small infants. Disgusting for the price we paid

Booked hotel and parking at Heathrow. Pre bought shuttle bus ticket. Told at hotel shuttle-bus doesn’t go to terminal 4 despite stating at parking selection this was my terminal. Even if it had gone to terminal 4 shuttle bus was not running early in the morning. Cost me an additional £28 for taxi from Heathrow to parking on my return!

Friendly staff, easy drop off and pick up good price for the week. And we were delayed 7 hours which wasn’t a problem at all. This was for park2travel at Leeds Bradford airport .

We booked the airport lounge at East Midlands on 20/06/25. You asked for our flight details and you confirmed the flight. When we got there at 4.30pm we we advised that the booking was for 4.00am. They did let us in but only for 20 minutes. THIS BOOKING SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE THROUGH ON YOUR SYSTEM. We would like a refund as we booked due to my husbands disability and it made our experience very stressful. VERY POOR and we were very surprised after previous good service. I have refrained from reviewing to give you the opportunity to put the situation right.
