“I always use Purple Parking - when I fly from Gatwick - and I am always very satisfied with the service - however - when I arrived back this Sunday afternoon - I did have to wait - longer than usual - before the bus turned up.”

“All Very good. Efficient & friendly welcoming on check in & key collection. Frequent buses to & from Airport Terminals with bus drivers only too pleased to help with luggage. Very clean toilets. Left feeling confident my car is taken good care of while I'm away.”

“The most efficient, simple, easy way to park. Like how we can leave our car and take our keys with us, just have to remember to take a photo of the bus-stop we get on, although coming home the bus didn’t actually stop at the same one - not to worry we got there in the end 👍🏼”

“So easy to park up drop off keys and off you go. No waiting for buses to arrive. Collecting car is just as easy ,collect keys from the reception where you dropped them off ,you are given the place where your dar is usually about 75 meters away and off you go home. No searching for the bus to take you back to the car park where you left your car. Is a little more expensive but definitely worth it”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! *MBW Parking Services* Would give no stars if this was an option. We used the meet and greet service from Terminal 5 at London Heathrow airport. Booked through Purple Parking, MBW Parking Services’ so called ‘secure compound’ have a rodent infestation & left our car window/door open so the back leather seat got chewed by said rodents, leaving hundreds of pounds worth of damage. They claim this is an act of god, which is clearly nonsense and deny any negligence thus refusing to compensate for the damage. Correspondence with Gursh upon reporting the matter was met with rudeness, passive aggressive comments and defensiveness. No apology given, nor accountability or empathy. Will never use this company again.”

“All worked well, only comment is we were almost two hours late returning and there were a shortage of buses back to mid-term (08/03/24 5pm). We booked early, so good value. Will use again”
