“Dropping the car off and bus to the Terminal was fine. Returning was not good. Having boarded the bus at Terminal 2, we then went on a tedious tour of the airport to pick up at Terminal 5. There were a lot of people waiting there and there wasn't enough room in the racks for their luggage, many had to stand. Previously you had separate buses for Terminal 5: you should reinstate that.”

“Easy to book. Staff on intercom at the entrance opened the gate for a breakdown company. Would like to have an emergency telephone numbers for the car park for emergencies like ours. I had to walk to the gate from my parking place in area K to speak to someone.”

“2nd time used same park at East Kids short stay 3 in 5 months, only hiccup was barrier didn't come up on exit but was swiftly remedied via very polite gent on the intercom. Highly recommend.”

“Quick, efficient service on both departure and return. Our return flight was 4 hours late and we arrived after midnight but this was no problem and our car was soon brought to us. The weather was cold and the driver even took the trouble to de-frost all the windows.”
