Very convenient for the docks, just a short walk. The process was swift & efficient with good communication beforehand. Good value. Would definitely recommend.

The service, the staff, the bus driver and the experience were all good. However, the extra £60 we had to pay on arrival for our outbound flight for our ‘commercial vehicle’ which is a pick-up truck was a surprise. There was no mention of the extra cost when I was booking online. The extra should have been highlighted up front online – and not only in the terms and conditions (as was pointed out at reception). Furthermore the categorisation of a pick-up truck as a commercial vehicle was unexpected, I have not had to pay extra in other parking facilities at Gatwick.

Transfer times to LHR T5 were so long after waiting for the bus that I was getting nervous about my flight and had no time to shop or eat. On the way back I got a taxi back to save time and spent the money I had saved by choosing the cheaper Purple Parking option on the cab ride. Drop off and pick up were both efficient and corteous but I won't be using this service again, I'll pay a little extra for something more convenient.

The transfer buses were timely. The return bus from Heathrow terminals 2 & 5 was dangerously overloaded

Easy to use booking site on line, location located with ease. Only downside was you need to remember which shuttle bus stop you get on at due to the size of the complex. Will use again when flying from Manchester

So easy to book and amend booking when airline changes time of flights. Add-on provide peace of mind if flight is cancelled or delayed landing. A phone call 15 minutes prior to arrival and the attendant was waiting to take the car from us. Again, having collected bags on return, a quick phone call and our car was returned to us in five minutes. No queues/waiting etc and all attendants were polite and friendly.

Dropping off the car (in the designated drop off zone) at Bristol airport is a complete shambles. Previously there was a dedicated parking area behind the office where keys are dropped - this parking area is now fenced off, presumably linked to the extensive building work being carried out across the airport. There are spaces marked 'meet and greet only' but every one of these was full when when I sought to drop my car off. In truth every space in the car park was taken with many cars double parked just to allow 'drop off' to take place. After checking with the office (the lady simply stated that the airport hadn't allocated enough spaces and there was 'nothing they could do') we were faced with circling round and round the car park until a space became available. I had to leave my car in a space well away from the office and then explain the exact location - far from ideal having to rush to departures worried about car safety. The 'meet and greet' parking is a premium product which I specifically use to avoid hassle - my recent experience was way below what is necessary and expected. Would not consider this again at the present time

Purple parking were there at last minute booking to help us get to our plane on time. Due to bad traffic we last minute chose them to meet and greet us and the plan worked brilliantly. Thanks very much for your help
