Due to the Heathrow closure we were unable to use our booking but I’m so disappointed with the complete unwillingness to refund my money or let me use the booking on a later date

I followed the instructions calling once through customs, but was over an hour before the wheelchair accessible minibus arrived for me. This is unacceptable, I watched 4 normal minibuses pick others up . This was complete discrimination. I want a refund.

Insurance cover for late return is a con and clearly Purple Parking are con artists I will not be using this service again

Called as instructed after collecting baggage It then took 1hour for our car to be delivered Was told firstly that the operator had taken down the wrong details even though he know my name and then the driver had taken the car to the wrong terminal It then took 25 minutes to get from the north terminal to the south We could have taken the train and got there in 2

Staff are friendly, but car was returned damaged. I failed to notice the damage upon collecting the car from their underground car park, however they refuse to check cctv footage or to even investigate the matter, which can be easily be resolved. If your into giving your car a full MOT and inspection after you land from your holiday, this is the one for you. For those that expect to pay for their car to be professionally looked after however, so they can collect their car and be on their way… I would swerve this company at all costs!!

I had to pay an extra £20 for a day over due to the Heathrow closing which is fine but couldn’t be given a receipt as I paid in cash but was promised it would be e mailed which is wasn’t. So can’t claim the money back from my insurance

Had issue with booking dates changing after paying and no way of amending. Company wouldn’t refund out amend, so had to pay again. Won’t be using them again. Parking for serving booking was okay but service road was being resurfaced, which we were not informed of and meant delay in getting out.

What went wrong, First, booking on line, there is no mention of extra price for a 4x4, until you turn up. That's pretty poor. I must admit, I've used you twice and both experiences have been bad. I don't think there will be a third time lucky.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! *MBW Parking Services* Would give no stars if this was an option. We used the meet and greet service from Terminal 5 at London Heathrow airport. Booked through Purple Parking, MBW Parking Services’ so called ‘secure compound’ have a rodent infestation & left our car window/door open so the back leather seat got chewed by said rodents, leaving hundreds of pounds worth of damage. They claim this is an act of god, which is clearly nonsense and deny any negligence thus refusing to compensate for the damage. Correspondence with Gursh upon reporting the matter was met with rudeness, passive aggressive comments and defensiveness. No apology given, nor accountability or empathy. Will never use this company again.

When booking online the website specifically stated that we would keep our keys, upon arriving to the car park this was not the case, had i had known i would have booked regular long stay parking, and the fact that I had a flight to catch i did not have time to argue this or arrange alternatives so was forced to leave my keys with the staff, no member of staff is willing to walk around the car with you at drop to inspect any damages at drop off and pick up so had my car been damaged it would have been hear say, more hassle than it's worth for only a £6 saving from the airports own parking

I had no problems in the past ,but when I got into my car at 00.20 it stunk of smoke and my radio station had been all changed , so makes me think the person that moved had been in the car a lot longer than I by anticipated , I don’t smoke so you can see how livid I was

As part of the booking process you need to provide the vehicle registration number which confirms the vehicle make and model. No where is it made clear that larger vehicles like pickups will cost more. My booking cost £38. When I parked I was approached by a member of staff informing me that my vehicle is too big and it needs to be moved by them at an additional cost of £20-odd, to another area, a few meters away. The additional cost for 5 days was a whopping £150 extra! Almost 5x the original cost. The vehicle is not 5x larger than a small car! At this point there is no option but to pay or miss a flight. When I returned to collect my vehicle it was parked in the same fkn parking area that I was initially forced to leave! Contacting their customer help was also pointless. Absolute thieves.

Horrible unjustified long wait at Gatwick pick up point, although it was Monday almost a dead quite day in February, we ended up waiting 50 minutes in the freez cold till the shuttle arrived! Another unsurprised failure in the whole system on this country

The booking system wasn't clear thought I'd made a mistake when I hadn't tried to start again ... got refund and booked again .. then email said 10.00 of refund was to be voucher for future purchase ... very petty will never use again

The service, the staff, the bus driver and the experience were all good. However, the extra £60 we had to pay on arrival for our outbound flight for our ‘commercial vehicle’ which is a pick-up truck was a surprise. There was no mention of the extra cost when I was booking online. The extra should have been highlighted up front online – and not only in the terms and conditions (as was pointed out at reception). Furthermore the categorisation of a pick-up truck as a commercial vehicle was unexpected, I have not had to pay extra in other parking facilities at Gatwick.
