This is not criticism of Purple Parking but of Jet Parks 3 in Manchester. It is quite obvious that this car park is overbooked. There were cars abandoned in places that they should not have been parked - not because there were lazy but because of the sheer difficulty in finding a car parking space! Spaces are not allocated with lines so people are parking with a wider berth than necessary. The car park is mainly gravel which makes it extremely difficult to wheel a suitcase. The buses get very busy too. On the way back we were lucky to just about get on one. The people behind us were left waiting another 15 minutes for a bus.

Arrived to find that even though I'd booked back in March there was no booking reservation showing on there system, so had to wait while they had to create a new booking which took some time, then when I arrived back they asked for my reg and when they entered it into there computer it wasn't coming up with a booking so it took way longer than it needed to, to retrieve the keys for the car bearing in mind it was 3am.

Really disappointed. My car was parked in an overflow area for the duration of my holiday under trees. On my return the car was covered in sticky tree sap. I have had the car cleaned and it will not come off fully. Not a good experience

One of the office staff doesn’t know their left from their right. Wrong directions to the meet and greet car park on a late night return, does not help!

Why would you park a nice clean car under a tree. My car is sticky almost all over apart from the front end, from tree sap. Will I get £30 back to get my car cleaned

The location shared on the email and App did not take me to the correct parking, but I only found out on my return, when the mid stay parking at Stansted airport charged me £120. The location shared was the same location as Stansted airport mid stay parking. I would like a refund of my booking as I did not use your facilities and it was very badly directed. I will look forward to hearing from you.

Parking was fairly easy to find, thanks to the clear directions sent in advance. The drop-off process was smooth, and I was on my way to the terminal within 5–10 minutes of arriving at the airport. However, I was disappointed with the condition in which my vehicle was returned. It had clearly been parked under a tree and was covered in pollen and sap, which had stuck to both the glass and paintwork. As a result, I've had to wash the car twice (at my own expense), and even then, the sap hasn't fully come off. Additionally, I noticed that about an hour’s worth of fuel had been used—presumably to move the vehicle to the off-site parking location. While I understand some movement is necessary, the level of fuel usage felt excessive. I've used Purple Parking many times in the past and have always been impressed with the service, so this experience was disappointing and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect. I will have to reconsider alternative providers on future occasions.

The car came back with a damage to the right passager door. It looks like something fell on it when in storage . I have sent an email to customers services at Maple Parking as it looks like you sub- this element of your offer out. My ref is ILE9498 Very disappointed.

Refused to give any partial refund on the end of holiday hotel after flights were delayed a day telling me there was nothing they could do. Parking was fine but customer service was dire.

You cancelled my booking ?? I paid using PayPal. Email received with conformation payment was taken by PayPal, but as per your automated email that if payment is not received by 23.30 it will be cancelled (& it was) I booked with different company because your quote for the next day had gone up by £30. Only to received 2 days later to say payment had taken place. Not good enough as I was flying 2 days later

On our return to Terminal 3 at Heathrow We had to wait for over an hour for our car to be delivered despite calling as requested once we had received our baggage.

Was a good experience. Only issue is would say is signage for exit is poorly displayed . Plenty for foot passengers none for car exit

STOLEN WHEEL BALANCING WEIGHTS - I've used Purple Parking a lot, but yesterday on driving home on the M4 I noticed vibration when braking, I pulled into the services only to notice that my wheel balancing weights have been stolen. I really look after my car, I wash it every week, especially the wheels so I would have previously notice when they had been cut off. Also, there was no vibration on my drive to LHR. This is very disappointing and also dangerous, Plus the cost and time for me now to go and get all my wheels balanced. I took pictures and it’s obvious, but it’s not something I checked for when collecting my car.

Got to car park and barrier did not lift. Then had to wait while they looked I made booking etc. I was then given a coin to then have to call again once trying to get out of car park to get out

On our return we were boarding the shuttle bus but were told that unless we have a ticket we can’t get in. I am a regular customer and this has never been the case. It was 1am and my wife and 2 kids were with me. It was suggested I look for my ticket or email or wait until the next bus. I finally found the enail after 5 mins waiting in the cold with my 2 kids standing outside delaying the bus. We boarded the bus and I found my ticket when arrived at the depot! Where is your customer service or common sense at this time of the morning!!!
