I got charged for additional parking time £6.00 as cases took extra time to come through.

Never got to use the parking due to cancelled flight, contacted actual company proving parking who said contact you , which I did and heard nothing back. Will only use company direct in future.

I overpaid my stay a lot. I was late 24 h and basically they charge me 200£!!! overtop. Maybe there is some way to get the refund 🤔

On wab say we come take car on passenger drop off . And bringing a car back to you when you come back to pick , passenger but stop being so rude and they didn’t do this one

Our flight was delayed I payed the extra just incase we did get delayed and we did Get to the parking to pick car up had to pay £86 for the delay of 5 hours over stay then to be told can take upto 14 days to claim back But want a load of proof first won’t is this company again

Unfortunately I made a mistake with the return date as the flight arrived home around 12pm and I put the date as the 14th the date of landing instead of the 15th. After explaining the mistake I was charged another £16. The person I spoke to was very rude. Won't use again.

Your system asks you to put in number plate and recognises the make model colour etc of your vehicle and then gives a price for your stay. When I arrived they asked me for a further £300 plus pounds as my vehicle was of a certain type.. really?! Was this a surprise to you? You already had all my vehicle information.. From a legal point of view putting extra charges in the ‘small print’ wouldn’t pass any interrogation.. You need to sort this out.. I will not be using you company again. Terrible service and to do this 3hrs before we fly out on holiday is unforgivable. Oh and strangely enough your system repeatedly failed to allow my review to be posted.. I have told all my friends about this so you have lost at least 100 other possible clients.. way to run a business 🤬

I have been an avid user of your drop and go for many many years. However the last 4 times of using this service my vehicle has not be available and I’ve had to wait anywhere between 35-60 mins for my car to be delivered. This time only to be told that if I pay more money ( there is a click box ) they guarantee my car will be ready !!!! First time OK SECOND TIME shame on YOU THIRD AND FOURTH TIME SHAME ON ME !!!!!

Rang as advised, then took 35 minutes before the car arrived. Customer service was terrible, what is the point of giving flight details if the car is not ready on arrival. Will not be booking again through purple parking.

My car reg wasn't sent to the parking when I'd updated it a long time before. The parking wasn't great either. Too many cars and no spaces took ages to find one. Overbooked.

Awful directions - told me to use teh app which only had a GPS Lat & Lon numbers with no indication of which floor; no customer support until 9am - our flight was early morning; took out insurance for delayed return (which happened) and yet was charged to collect my car and now have the hassle of having to reclaim the money. Overall somewhere between awful and diabolically bad.

i booked and paid for a transfer from drop off to the terminal in 7 mins. I had to wait for the bus to be full and then the transfer itself took 30 mins as we went via all the terminals. This was exactly the same for the return trip. I could have been halfway home by the time we arrived at purple parking. Please explain what the higher paid amount was for? Felt completely ripped off, will not be using them again.

On the surface most of this service went well; it was easy to find, park, and catch the transfers. However, I returned very late at night and didn't check my car over until I was home and it was daylight. I was beyond annoyed to find that my wheel had been badly kerbed, see attached photo. Having read other 1 star reviews I can see this is not an uncommon complaint, and I will not use this company again.

Paid for prepaid parking, went on my holiday and when I finished I was charged for parking. I called the help desk and was told that I had to pay their parking and try and get a refund for my prepaid parking. So far no one has replied to my messages and when I tried to cancel it because no one was replying, I got a message saying I can ot cancel after the date of booking. I am so frustrated as I am now out hundreds of pounds and had additional stress to deal with.
