“I reached out to QI as my order was not shipping in the time frame expected, and Vlad responded to let me know that the particular peptide was on backorder, and offered a similar produce as a replacement. Great customer service! Trialing neurocognitive bioregulators for a relative with aphasia. These, coupled with some exercises to stimulate neuroplasticity, seem to be helping! Will stay the course.”

“It has been about 2 weeks on Thyrogen. Also taking adrenal and kidney as well. I am feeling much better, less pain in my spine, more energy in workouts, more like I did in my 20s while working out. Not perfect, but I have tried many many different supplements and different approaches to feel better. This is a change I actually notice”

“I love your product when I get them, but on several occassions I order 6 different types of peptides, the ongoing updates make it seem like everything is good and my order is being shipped, then I receive 4 out 6, or 5 out of 6 with no updates on the ones that didn't ship with my order or when I should expect them? So 5 out of 5 on product and quality 2 out of 5 on communication and letting me know what you have in stock. You should let me know that I should expect x out of 6 items in my order on such-and-such day, and that other products will be coming at a later date and what that date is going to be (I have waited weeks, more than once on one or two items that didn't come with my original order with no updates from you.”

“Item arrived and I was able to start using it. Since it was for gum problems and I was receiving treatment from my dentist for this problem an I had an appointment this morning and my dentist commented on how my gums were looking much better than they had on my last visit about two weeks prior, I assume it was this product that has helped with my problem. I will continue using it because it appears it really works.”

“When every you order an item you have call or email to find out if product is in stock, calls are not returned it is a hassle because all you have to do is show out of stock on an item so you do not order. This is a major problem.”

“I am very disappointed with Qi Supplements and will never use again. You don't keep your website products inventory up to date. You try to do a bait and switch by trying to give me a store credit when all I wanted was the product. Then when I ask for a refund it takes for ever. Even after I was told you would give a refund I had to keep watch and check back when it wasn't issued. Not user-friendly and horrible customer service. I won't go through this run around again.”
