“Your funny. I ordered this product. It came in with an expiration date of 3/2023 sticker over another sticker. Was the expiration date extended? I tried to return it but that failed and was told that there was no new product to replace it with. So how can I reorder?”

“2 orders, partial delivery.. over a month waiting on orders and no updates or proactive communication from the company about the delays. I'm uncertain of the reasons for the delay or if I will ever get the products that I paid for. Highly frustrated. They need better customer service.”

“Do not trust their “In-Stock” designation. Ordered an item that we needed soon, over a week ago. Still hasn’t shipped. Customer Service replied to query, “It will be ship sometime next week.” SOMETIME next week, could be Friday, or even Saturday, next week. When I asked why an “In-Stock” item could not be shipped within a week, the response was, “We’re in the process of updating our inventories.” In other words, these are not automatically update, only when they get around to it.””

“Product works fine but I paid for overnight shipping and it was sent first class mail. When I called and asked about the mistake they assured me it was coming priority express even though my USPS informed delivery told me otherwise. I called back again twice and was promised a call back same day regardless of what they found out and never got one. They eventually made it right be refunding me for shipping but I think the customer service unit can be tightened up.”
