I ordered two cutting boards a larger one and a smaller one. The larger one was a paddle shape and very nice. The smaller one was just a cutting board. The lettering that was burned into It was a little too burned, and there was a lot of cotton or some thing stuck all around the wording. I kept it because it’s a Christmas present and put a little work into it myself and it looks OK to give us a gift. However, I was kind of disappointed in the quality.

My order was almost perfect. All items received are great quality and perfect, except for the bottle opener. It's missing the cap catcher. Can you please send it? Thank you. Happy holidays!

I really liked the personalized cutting boards. I also liked the kids winter hats with their initials on them. Only thing they are pretty small.

I’m usually happy with my items. But this last order I’m not happy with one of my items. When I called the company they said I was supposed to take out the “r” in the box and put another “r”. Ugh how was I suppose to know that if the sample shows it. Im not happy right now. The customer service lady act like she was unconcerned. 😔

I ordered six personalized pillowcases. In yesterday's mail, I received five of them. One name (Benton) was to be on two different pillowcases. Five items were listed on the packing slip. I received the Merry and Bright snowman pillowcase with the name "Benton" and the packing slip said it was the "gnome" pillowcase. I tried calling customer service several times and got a busy signal. I finally got through, waited on hold for several minutes and then the call went to voicemail. Per my e-mail notifications, one more shipment is coming. I am just not confident that it will be the correct pillowcase. I was also surprised that the items weren't individually encased in plastic.

I have ordered many times from you for years. I'm always happy with the product. This time, I didn't get an order confirmation email, so I re ordred the same thing the next day and then ended up with two of everything. I never did receive an email re the first order. frustrating.

It's larger then I thought it would be, which is just fine, the lettering was all correct and in a pleasing font, but because the quality of the different strips of the bamboo the darkness of the letters is very uneven. Tomorrow I'm going to the hobby store and get some flat black paint and a very fine brush and redo the lettering so it is even. I also have not received the stand yet so it's a little early to review that. The ID tags are a repeat purchase and are exactly what I expected. 5/5 stars.

Hello regarding my last order. Order #2183650 The “D” on the pink wallet is crooked “leaning a lot to the left and very noticeable, on Order #2183623 on the black wallet the “M” letter is too far up to the top and almost to the fold, also it’s a “completely different style and fabric” from the others and the site picture. Sent message to have this resolved, no response as of yet.

2 OF MY ITEMS WERE MISSING FROM MY ORDER. IT TOOK A BIT OF TIME FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH WHAT I SHOULD OR COULD DO REGARDING THE MISSING ITEMS. FINALLY SOMEONE DID HELP ME.

Beautiful design and great quality. I wish it showed the design of the lettering MUCH BETTER. Otherwise very nice. Also, my first order did not include the stand I paid for please send me my stand.

The art sets were amazing! Such good quality. The jays that I got for my 5 grandchildren were a little disappointing. The oldest is 7 the youngest 1. It will definitely fit the 1 year old but too small for the other 4.

Cute stuff to order and great deals but shipping costs as much as the order unfortunately. Bags I ordered this time were smaller than I expected, but were still cute and done well and fast. Buying with Groupon has never been a problem until this last purchase, so after emailing, I think I may have a Groupon on my hands that I can't use. I still got a good deal just from what they were running on the site though.
