“The items I ordered, turned out really nice and were as pictured. The only problem was getting them. I ordered December 6th but was panicked when I still didn't have them with less than a week to go.”

“Most items I get here I love. The Christmas ornaments I ordered said it came with a cord to hang it but the five ornaments I received had no cords. All other items I received are wonderful”

“Loved everything I ordered. Disappointed 1 item had a small scratch on it & very noticeable since it’s wood and personalized. Shipping was HORRIBLE! Would have given 5 stars except for scratch & shipping!”

“1 came broke. I ordered 3 and they were all in a sleeve together. Better packaging. The writing is really light on one. It's much prettier when the writing is darker but they are really beautful. Really cool gift.”

“I’ve placed more than one order. I’ve received the last items I ordered but not the first order which included stockings for Christopher and Kelly. I ordered 3 music boxes received 2 but first one ordered not received. I don’t understand especially the stockings which I actually need tomorrow. Emma Donald received but Christopher and Kelly still not here. I like what I’ve received but I’ll be embarrassed that I have nothing for 2 people. Just don’t know why the first order is the one missing important items. Help”

“The quality of the ornaments aren’t what I’m used to from Personalization Mall. They feel rough and gritty. It amazes me that none got broken since they were packed together with no paper between them!!! I paid an extra $10 for early delivery and I just got them yesterday! I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the pillowcases I had made and the sketch books, those were terrific!!!”

“I ordered a gift for my brother, so I never saw it, but he was very pleased with it. I ordered a personalized cutting board, but it was unclear to me the exact dimensions (maybe I missed it in the description?). And, I couldn't specify that it was a gift, so I had to call him to tell him to expect something from Qualtry, and that it was from me.”

“Ordered 12/5 and received it just recently. Perfect! However, order # 2182882 was ordered on 11/25 and it still hasn't shipped! This has not been my experience before. Ordered a bunch. I was told it was completed but was waiting for it to be packed and prepared for shipping.”

“Placemats were sent folded/bent. Hoping the bend comes out completely. I was sent two extra placemats that I didn’t order but that had my sons name on them. So weird.”

“I hope this info is just too soon to complain (it might be in the mail🙂 - I just called but no one answered) I have loved ordering from your company, but I had a problem with the last order. I called and the lady said I would get more information. I have not received any info yet. I sent a picture, as the lady told me. I checked the emails. Please see if you can help.”
