I was very impressed with the quality of product. I ordered on 12/12 and paid for rush but didn’t get it until 1/5 nor received communication from Qualtry. Everything I’ve ordered has been above expectations.

Most of my order was correct but I am missing 2 throw pillow inserts and one of the wallets I ordered has the wrong initials. The initials should be JRL not KRL.

Order # 2187456 You did not send my Wood Oil 2 oz or the large metal stand. Its' on Bill Summary attached but was NOT in my package upon arrival. I was out-of-town on it's arrival and just opened package this past weekend. My Customer Name is Karen Kocsis. It is not Kristin Womack Blackburn. That is a person's gift name. Placed my Christmas gifts order a couple days after Thanksgiving. I received my order 12/30. They were Christmas presents, I didn’t get to give them on time.

I ordered 11 items and paid priority shipping. Even though my items arrived late for Christmas they were good quality. One mug came in broken, I think the packaging can improve. FedEx was not careful no matter how many fragile stickers were all over the box, the one ceramic item I ordered was broken 😞. Other than that I enjoy ordering from qualtry and would recommend ordering items a month in advance just to make sure your items arrive when you need them. Once I got my tracking number the items did arrive within 5 days.

I’ve been ordering from Qualtry for years without an issue. This year I placed an order in November which didn’t arrive until after Christmas, and I still haven’t received all the items. I like their quality but will be looking around for another source, or giving them a couple of months lead time.

I ordered 4 of the personalized throw pillows, inserts, small drawstring bags, and sketch pad. All arrived in good condition and the work was good. I have ordered from Qualtry in the past and have been pleased with the items that I ordered. I did not receive my order in time for Christmas. However, I did receive it a week later. I will order from Qualtry again.

Order shipped incomplete and communication wasn't consistent or correct and then no one would communicate with me about my missing pieces.

Items received good. However we are missing 10 Brown Leather cases SKU QUAL1120 and 2 Mint Leather Cases SKU QUAL1118.

I didn’t expect the small bags to be that small. The bigger bags were nice. Also expected the bags to be delivered by Christmas not a month later.

I like the board. I just wish the wording would stand out more. The board being so light (bamboo), the carving is hard to see. I don’t know what you could do to create more contrast?

Love these for my dogs! They always lose their dangling tags, so these collars are a great alternative.

I ordered several things for Christmas. Personalized gift bags, pillow covers, growlers (a huge hit with my sons), glasses and photo ornaments. I was happy with all but 1 item. One of the photo ornaments came out really dark and it’s hard to make out the picture. I would recommend Qualtry but if you order an ornament be careful about choosing a picture. Both the ornaments I ordered turned out darker than the original pictures. Like I said luckily only 1 was hard to see the picture.

I ordered two personalized aprons on December 2nd. The order was somehow overlooked. On December 19th, I contacted Qualtry Support since I had still not received my order. I texted with Kirvy Alcalde who went out of her way to help expedite my order so that I might get it before Christmas. I didn't hold out much hope, but as I was leaving to go to our Christmas Eve celebration, the mailman delivered my package. I want to acknowledge this excellent customer service by Kirvy Alcalde.
