“I am still waiting on a mobile I ordered more than two weeks ago due to quality checks. Surely a mobile company would've completed these checks before selling a phone. After I asked when my phone would be delivered they still haven't given me an exact answer and I am in desperate need of a mobile.”

“I am absolutely appalled in the customer service this company provides. I have waited 3 weeks and still haven't received anything, I have e-mail for a refund and nobody has got back to me. I suggest your refund my money ASAP what JOKE company. My order ID is 1D198147. You don't even answer your phone!!! how can you justify taking money off people and not even delivering the good in return or even a e-mail or a phone call?”

“Phone in great condition, and delivered qickly. But... tried to cancel order prior to despatch, and although I got a response asking me why I wanted to cancel, I had no further communication other than telling me the phone had been despatched. In the end I decided to keep it, but the lack of acknowlegement was not helpful.”

“The phone that I received late did not charge properly so I was only able to use it for 2 days before sending it back. I am now finding it difficult to get a refund. I tried to call them and the phone keeps going dead. They also asked for my apple icloud password so they could remove the account from my phone, strange thing is its a Samsung phone and I have never had an Apple account.”

“Shocking is an understatement. Ordered a phone for my son's birthday 2 weeks prior, now over a week since his birthday and still not received. Their customer service is a joke and leave emails unanswered, when they do decide to respond they advise will contact you in 24 to 28 working hours! Never heard such utter rubbish....now they have my money, my son has no phone and they are sitting pretty. Going to report them to trading standards - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!”

“Order ID195359 This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! Ordered a mobile on 4 October, it said the order will be shipped within 10 working days. As this didn't happen within 10 working days, I cancelled the order on 18 October, as I needed the phone for my travel. After a week I received an email that the phone can be shipped now, but if I still would like to carry on with my cancellation, I should inform them. I did answer on the same day, that I would like my cancellation to be carried out and asked for a refund. They ignored my email and send it with their currier anyway and after I insisted on the cacellation they send me an email with their very long return instructions. After my next email, they said they will call the depot and ask them to send the phone back to them. After that I have been sending them emails whitout getting any answer from them. They hold my money and don't even bother to answer my emails. Don't buy anything from Quickmobilefix!”
