“Worse company ever sent phone for repair 15 September after paying £180 to get it fixed and numerous emails saying it was fixed I get it sent back after them then emailing saying the motherboard was broke and they would refund me, that was a Month later , after more and more emails about refunding me my money for not fixing my phone 22 days later still no refund after them saying it would take 3-5 days don’t buy or sale or give any money to his company con artist who should be put in jail”

Hello, We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service. You booked your device in for a diagnostic service which required a screen and a motherboard repair, due to the nature of the fault, unfortunately, it was not able to be repaired so we had to return your phone back with a refund as we have a no fix no fee policy. “I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago, still hasn't been dispatched, have asked for it to be cancelled 4 times and have no confirmation of cancellation. Please just let me cancel this order and refund me my money. I do not want the phone anymore due to the amount of stress this company has caused me. I have been constantly having to chase to know updates but received no solid information. Just cancel the order please! ID198032”

“Got a grade a iPhone 7 and it was faulty, sent it back took them 3 weeks to tell me it’s now fixed receive it again and they hand fixed it still faulty couldn’t get a signal. I’ve sent it back again and told them I want it replaced a week later still no phone! My son has been left with out a phone for 5 weeks now! Won’t be buying a phone again from here”

“Phone was extremely delayed in being delivered. Casing of phone was extremely bashed and the phone is faulty, the screen goes black intermittently when being used. Quick mobile fix customer services are terrible and no one is responding to me about a refund!”

“Quick Mobile fix said it would take within 10 days for the order to arrive, right now is the 16th day i've been waiting, the customer service is poor, nobody responds, tracker is outdated and unreliable, nobody answers the phone or is on live chat. I want an instant full refund before I have to take this further because £250 of my hard earned money is nothing to be played around with at all.”

“never buy anything, the contact service wont answer the phone and takes a couple of days to answer a email. my phone came broken with the audio not working i sent the phone back a month ago and have not even received a dispatch order yet. You will waste so much time buying off this company”

“Wasn’t told that I would be waiting over a month and until I contacted them witch took a lot of calls witch no one answered and a few emails it turned up 3 weeks after my step daughters birthday not impressed this time Got to say they were better when I bought a phone last year hope they get better again soon”

“Sent my phone for recycling. My order was placed on Sep 12, I was finally paid on 2 Nov – seven weeks after sending them my phone. I'm genuinely surprised at all of the positive reviews for this company, as my experience was so bad. Let me elaborate: * There's little to be gained from trying to call this company to get a status update on your order. I tried plenty of times to get through in the seven week period, and only succeeded twice. The first time, a week after placing my order and hearing nothing, I got through to a pleasant lady who told me I'd be paid in a couple of weeks. However, what she said ultimately turned out to not be true. The second time I managed to get through was after about six weeks, to a different lady. After taking my order ID, she hung up on me. * At least they do respond to emails. However, a correspondence chain involving over 25 emails yielded little information. Typically the responses are not very helpful with fob-off responses like "We'll be in touch as soon as soon as we know more". They didn't. I was relieved to actually get paid at the end of all of this. I genuinely thought I'd been scammed.”

“Ordered 2 phones, one delivered to Ireland (took several weeks and a few chaser emails) and one to UK address - arrived within 10 days. Both in excellent condition and so far working without any issue. Better value than buying from CEX (almost half price) or similar for same phones.”
