“Good but annoying when you forget to go through the app. Would be good if it could just link to payment card”

“Great app, easy to use and you save money without even having to do much. Only downside (if i can even call it that) is that it takes quite a long time (months) for the money to be made available for use.”

“I love where the real review site gives the right star amount but trusting gives a fake amount. Well review the staff contact you and try to blame you a site issue. If your going to close the account tell someone instead of doing it so you steal money from your customers. That is theft is it legal well Quidco think it is. When it goes down the rats who don't know about customer service will hopefully not get another job in the sector. You treat people with respect they want to use your service you don't it will go under. I can see that happening to quidco. Take all your money out straight away is what I hope you all do.”

“I have saved hundreds of pounds over the years by buying through Quidco. It easy to do with lots of companies offering small cash back discounts, all those little bits soon mount up. If using a mobile a Device you do need to make sure that you don’t loose the quidco link whilst placing your order otherwise it doesn’t register, which can be annoying. All In all very easy to use and save money”

“I can’t seem to gain any money due to slow cash back and the Quidco fee! I’ve had this app for months and have never earned over 80p due to the fees keeping taking my money when I earn it. Cancelling shortly.”

“Bought an expensive Dyson vaccum cleaner enticed by £80 off deal via Curry’s but cash back declined afterwards. Had already opened and used the vaccum by then so couldn’t return it. Cash back was the key reason why we went for the expensive machine. From now on will not trust Quidco for larger cash backs. Only good for small ie couple of pounds worth of cash backs. I am not leaving my Quidco email here lest my account gets banned.”

“It's rediculous. Purchased cinema tickets in February never acknowledged the purchase. 2 other other purchases from February still haven't come through. Untrustworthy, not worth the hassle.”

“Confirmed cashback of £70 however 1 YEAR later it's not paid. Chased Quidco several times and get the generic "we are waiting on the retailer". Quidco, you need to understand my relationship is with Quidco not the retailer. You have no business model if I need to deal directly with the retailer Where is the commitment to the payments you have promised? Where is the escalation when things go wrong? It should be Quidco chasing the retailer when payments are falling behind as it's Quidco's reputation on the line.”
