“Most of the time you will get your cashback tracked. They have some funnies sometimes with Adblockers and the way you order has to follow specific steps.”

“Quidco are terrible. I've had money not tracked, cashback denied, lower cashback than advertised, cashback waiting to be paid for over 3 YEARS! I cancelled my account and moved to Topcashback. So far 100% has tracked/paid. Please, please, please do not use Quidco.”

“Appalling site and customer service, first they advertise a massive cashback amount, and then when I sign up and log in it's dropped by about half the amount on everywhere I want to shop from. Then when I purchased and it showed in my account at half the values and some didn't show at all, they said I need to pay £1 a month to be on their premium membership level to get the amounts advertised. WHAT A SCAM.”

“I had an email from Quidco saying my cashback had been denied when I spent £10 of casino chips at Ladbrokes Casino online. 1. I took screenshots of my betting history and made sure it was all valid. 2. I contacted Ladbrokes, and they confirm my spend was valid and correct. I took screenshots of this email. I contacted Quidco about this and Jess closed out my case stating: "Unfortunately they have declined your claim advising us that you didn't meet the terms and conditions of the offer.". I told Jess I wanted to speak to a supervisor but my request was ignored and my case closed. I told them I have screenshots of everything. This was ignored. Totally ignored!! They just said: "As we will not be receiving the commission from the retailer, we are unable to pass this on to you as cashback.". This is totally irrelevant as I told Quidco I have a screenshot FROM THE RETAILER (Ladbrokes Casino) saying it was valid. So I feel Quidco are trying to rip me off here. What is going on!?!? What operation are you running here!? You are ignoring my screenshots, you are ignoring my evidence. You are just closing my cases out on me and won't let me speak to a supervisor. WHY? Claim 3881500 | Ref: DC323”

“Only used them twice but they've tracked straight away with the correct amounts unlike with top cashback where it takes months to show at the right price or sometimes track which is fruatrating. Lots of good offers and simple site you use. I think I will definitely be using them more and recommending to friends and family to do the same.”

“Quidco are so quick to blame the retailer. I've actually spoken to the retailer who said they haven't had anything from Quidco and another retailer has also confirmed to me by email they have approved the claim but Quidco still haven't paid out. They are not very helpful whatsoever. Also now their live chat option is not available and you don't get any response by email.”

“Absolutely ridiculous and misleading company. I joined because I saw a great cashback deal but when I was logged in, the rate suddenly dropped from 45% to 30%. I went back later and it had increased back up to 45%...so I logged in and guess what, back down to 30%. Told a friend who said to use TopCashBack instead, they had it at 45% also only this time when I joined, it stayed at 45%. Now I want to cancel my Quidco account and can't find any option to do so!”

“Have used the for a few years. Like others I’ve found that now only small value transactions are logged and large ones fail to track or track at the wrong rate, you get zero support and they just blame the retailer. No option to flag the retailers which don’t pay out. If a retailer doesn’t honour their offer they should be removed. Also during Black Friday all the enhanced rates failed to track at the correct rate.”

“I feel scammed from Quidco. I have used the service because I saw there was an offer for £15 on the first purchase. Surprisingly, my friend was entitled of this offer and I was not! Quidco decided to decline the new member bonus and allow the referral bonus (which I am also not entitled). In my support ticket, I requested to decline the referral and accept the new member bonus. Obviously, each side sees their benefit, but you don’t build long term relationships with customers by tricking them. Do you really expect me or any other person that I know to use Quidco again? My request should have been addressed properly at the first instance, and we are talking about £15, not £1000. With other service providers for cashback, I already have saved £500+ so far. Very disappointed.”

“At first i was really a fan of this website. In the meantime i had a few major purchases declined by Quidco. Last year i booked a hotel room in the South of France via Expedia just because it promised good payout rates by Quidco. In September i bought an expensive sofa and mattress from Argos. I checked t&c again and again but both were declined again. It seems to me Quidco is only paying out at low value purchases, bitterly disappointed.”

“Would give them no stars if I could!!! Used Quidco twice to purchase a holiday and some furniture. They claim that although it registered that I went through them to the websites, neither purchases tracked, so have declined both - leaving me over £80 out of pocket. Waste of time - normally use another cash back site who are much more reliable. Not using Quidco again!!!!!”
