“A definite 5. Very polite and personable. I will order from them again. My order had one gotcha and they called shortly after they received the online order. Never had any other company call so quickly when an issue arose before. the issue was resolved on that call and my order still made it out that day even though their shipping carrier was at the door.”

“Have been waiting 8 months for bike rack to get in stores inventory, was just about to give up on the thought of arriving this year when I got an email that they had limited inventory arrive. Immediately went on line and purchased it and got confirmation of shipment tracking number in about an hour! Item arrived in excellent condition the next day! This company is first rate, won't hesitate to order from them again!”

“I purchased a set of Thule Aero bars for my car on a Saturday morning. I had a phone call and an email by Saturday afternoon from someone checking on the order. He wanted to make sure I understood that a fit kit was also required, but I hadn't ordered it. He also questioned whether I wanted locks since I had not ordered them since the order form asked for a key number even though I did not order them. I called them back on Monday and the order was delivered Friday. The bars themselves are just what I was looking for, although the installation instructions were terrible.”
