“Just ordered this rack recently and it was delivered very quickly, within the week. Haven’t had time to do anything else except unpack it and marvel at how easily it folds up into a small, convenient-to-store rack when not in use. Much better than the old style rack that doesn’t fold and takes up so much space when it’s not on the car (which wasn’t sturdy enough to hold our new ebikes). Can’t wait to try it out after some practice on our first ever ebikes around the neighborhood. There’s a river bike trail about an hour away I really want to ride on...”

“The rack was delivered to my front door within 5 days of ordering. Assembly, was quick and easy using the Tools supplied by Thule. The fit and fabrication of the rack was fantastic. We loaded up about 80 pounds between two bikes, and drove 200 miles the next day to Jim Thorpe, PA. The rack with the bikes was solid with very little movement - really beyond expectations. Loading was simple and the supplied locks were easy to use and provided good security during the trip. I really like this hitch mounted rack. Compared to the roof rack I've had for decades, it was much simpler to use and you didn't have to worry about height or banging over hangs at fast food stops. This rack is all you could hope for.”

“Rack Attack came thru!! Less than one week from order to install, even found a mistake I had made and called me to update the order. I had been waiting on this same system of components since December, 2020, from 2 other sites (one was Yakima). I had canceled both orders since they could not restock and ship things. Not sure How the staff did it but I will tell everyone I know, and all of my future business will be with them, First Class! thanks!!”
