“I con't to be very happy with BOTH the products and the customer service of Raw Generation. I've already reviewed how good their cold pressed juices are, but I want to accentuate the customer service. There was a hiccup on getting my order shipped. When I emailed them about it, they immediately responded back, apologized for the snafu and made it right. I will con't to use their products because they are extremely affordable for what you get, they make it easy with the auto-renew function and they follow through on all promises made to the customer.”

“The mind set that most people are liars, cheats, & thieves is why their service is poor. Very sad to see something like this. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced & I find it hilarious that I was emailed to ask for a review after they messed up 2 orders.”

Hi Alicia!! The emails go out automatically, but you did get your full refund once you finally filed the claim, so I would assume the customer service was pretty good! When tracking states that a package, or in your case 2 whole 7 day cleanses, wad delivered yet the customer is claiming they did not receive the package the customer must file a claim before anything can be done. In this world of cheats and liars, unfortunately, we need to protect ourselves. But in any event, as I said to your numerous rude emails, all we needed was that claim number and you received your full refund. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!

“I ordered my product on a Friday and had it earlier than expected the following Wednesday. I didn't change my diet much, I'm eating Fast food as I'm writing this lol, and I still felt the results. I feel more alert, focused and by day 4 I haven't needed my usual all day IV of coffee. Within a week I have even been able to cut down on the amount of cigarettes I've been smoking. So thankful for this product and the deal I found on GroupMe ;-). Excited for my next shipment and I am seriously considering going from bi weekly shipements to weekly ones!”

“I have done juice fasts before - raw generation made this the easiest one yet! I felt confident in the raw, cold pressed juices and they definitely do a lot of greens so I did not feel like I was drinking just sugar. The juices arrived quickly and fully frozen. Easy to store in the freezer or fridge. I would buy from raw generation again!”

“Raw Generation has changed my health around for the better...The benefits are more than just losing weight.. You feel cleaner, more energized and clarity of mind. I started with a 3-day juice cleanse-loved it and re-ordered and now ordering 18 bottles of the Green Juice package. I can't see myself living without these juices to help fight inflammation, fatigue and stomach issues related to 9/11. THANK YOU!”

“I occasionally order Raw Generation juices to have on hand when I need to grab something on the run in the mornings since I rarely cook breakfast. “I genuinely really liked this product. I was a little apprehensive, thinking they drinks might taste bad but they're all really good. I did the protein cleanse because I thought a juice cleanse might be too difficult to start. It went really well and I lost 8 lbs. I'm really happy with my results and the product.”
