Kristen, You received 56 juices in an overnight transit, so the probability of the juices being bad is very low, which means I need to get approval as there is no immediate reason why the juices you received are not good. It is also a holiday, so the response may have taken a little longer. Alison sent you an email last night that we had received approval and would be happy to send you a replacement or refund and asked which option you would prefer. That email was "viewed" by you and never responded to, so essentially we are waiting for your response to see which option you would prefer. “I have been given delivery expectations twice and not received my product. The communication has been rude via phone call. It’s clear that ownership is either stressed out and leading poor service or hiring practices are absolutely lacking. I have requested a refund. We will see if that actually meets the expectation provided by the brand.”

“I chose the protein cleanse as I am always training for triathlons or skiing, and need to stay on my training plan. I felt great during the cleanse, was never overly hungry, and still could get a good run or bike ride in. I am planning on a cleanse 4x/year now. The juices were delicious, and I really like the fact they are shipped frozen from a food safety perspective.”

“This was my second time doing that 5 day Skinny Cleanse and I really enjoy the reset. I personally, do not use this cleanse for weight loss purposes, but rather as a fresh start. This time around I chose a time in my life where I was extremely busy, with no social obligations. I find that it is extremely difficult for me to do a cleanse when I have nothing going on because I eat when I'm bored, but difficult when I have a lot of social obligations because I'm surrounded by food. A week when I was bombarded at work was great because I wasn't bored and the convenience of not having to worry about food shopping/preparing meals made my week easier. I always enjoy the juices, the taste is honestly great and the cleanse shipped in a very timely fashion.”

“I got a Black Friday deal cleanse and like the juices so much I decided to subscribe to my favorites for mornings and afternoons. I don't spend much time on breakfast or lunches and the juices are tasty and much more nutritious then what I usually eat. Order was processed right away and shipped out the next day as I'm also on the east coast.”

“Did the week long skinny cleanse after being read the riot act after a physical. After the first couple of days of not eating junk food my body got used to eating healthy. So far lost 12 lbs . My junk food and sugar cravings have gone and I am sleeping better than I have in years. Going to continue to juice during the day and eat sensibly at night.”

“The juices are amazing!!! So refreshing and everytime I got a little hungry I drink some and I’m alright. I’m not done with my 7 day cleanse but I already lost 5 pounds. All the juices are really good but my favorite is heal and hydrate. Thank you so much raw generation!! 10/10 I’ll definitely be doing another one!”

“I absolutely love these juices. They taste so fresh! I have rheumatoid arthritis and have been recovering from a year of illness, injury and surgery. My energy level was at rock bottom. After a few deliveries of the carrot, orange, lemon, ginger I am feeling so much better and look pretty good too! My doctor said I look "vibrant". That's a great word to describe how these juices have made me feel. They are well worth the price. I even have my daughter on a regular delivery of the juice/protein smoothie group. She has had two back surgeries and is vegetarian so this has helped her immensely.”
