Hello! After a difficult time ordering and correcting orders from customer service, I received my 3-day protein and juice cleanse. I definitely recommend following their instructions of not thawing the juices until the day before you drink. I put all juices in the refrigerator and by day 3 the protein drinks were chalky and borderline inedible. Other than that -- the juice blends were delicious, I never felt hungry, and I loved the cleanse experience. I feel like I hit the refresh button. :)

I was exhausted, moody and light headed. I did not see any change in weight. I wouldn't call this the skinny cleanse. It doesn't help with weight loss.

Terrible experience. I ordered through Groupon and somehow Raw Generation also ordered. I only received one order but charged a total of $231.71. When I contacted support, they said $92 was for shipping and I needed to contact Groupon for the balance.

I had done the skinny cleanse in the past and had a great experience and was excited to do it again. However I was very disappointed. I was made physically sick from doing this cleanse, I would wake up with headaches that would make it almost impossible to get out of bed and it seriously messed with my stomach both during and after the cleanse. I followed the guide for the cleanse both times and had radically different experiences, so I'm not sure what they changed, but I am sure I will not be using Raw Generations products again. And I tried contacting customer service to see if they could provide an explanation as to why this cleanse made me physically sick and all they had to say was that they're sorry I wasn't happy. They offered no explanation or way of rectifying the situation. And with plenty of other options out there for cleanses, you would think they'd value customer loyalty and satisfaction, but clearly they do not.

My fiance and I have purchased from Raw a few times and had no problems, to the points where we've actually referrad our friends to use this service. This experience however was very different. I ordered my cleanse on Nov 24th and was told in the confirmation email I would receive another email confirming when my order would be delivered "within hours" of my order. No such email came so 24 hours later I emailed RAW explaining this and asking when my order would arrive. Rather than getting an apology from my delayed order, I received a rude email from someone called Amanda who simply said "we have 400 orders over thanksgiving, you'll get your order confirmation when it's shipped". Five days later I got my confirmation. Generally very unimpressed and I won't be ordering again.

I'm so disappointed to learn this cleanse was nothing of what I thought it would be. They weren't fresh tasting and were stale frozen, by the time they defrosted. I felt bloated and not cleansed and they were so high in fat, I actually gained a pound, rather than taking anything off or just maintaining my actual weight. I wouldn't purchase this again. I'm disappointed it wasn't closer to my expectations.

I've ordered juices in the past and had excellent experience and loved them. This last time I ordered the skinny elixir and had a horrible experience. I received all greens which I NEVER ordered all greens. I had the email and image of the link from the email to show what I ordered yet I was given the go around which was frustrating. Finally I was shipped the berry drinks after a not so kind customer service interaction back and forth. Sigh :( I was surprised it wasn't handled better, but from the very first word back it was negative starting with "unfortunately". Now I have the drinks and they taste horrible and I feel like I paid for water with some coloring in them, so I hope they work a miracle here cuz they are very hard to choke down and we juice all the time. All in all, this was not a good experience, but if the product works, then I'll get past the customer service and shipping issues.

The ordering process was easy and the juices arrived within a week. I actually liked the taste of the juice,not sure I lost weight but I did feel like I had more energy. My complaint is that I received 2 juices that were spoiled and that smelled and looked different than the others. I contacted customer service 3 times now and it's foun on 7 days without a response. This is very disappointing. I expect better from a company that is so much more expensive than others and prides itself on their product.

I honestly did not like the taste. I could not drink it because the spirulina (sp&) taste was too strong. To be honest I drank three and had to throw the rest away which was a shame because the were expensive and I was looking forward to drinking them every morning.

it was good but my order was wrong. customer service did correct it right away which I appreciated, but the customer service rep was very hash when speaking to me, which is unfortunate because i do like this product.

We received notice that our order would be shipped on November 30, a week later, we did not have anything. It wasn't until we reached out to your customer service folks did we get a response and our tracking number. It was clear that you forgot to process the order. The juices overall were good.

the juices are delicious and I like that they are frozen; it's actually really convenient. I'm an instant fan of the product. but it's really hard to know when they are going to arrive. the website doesn't offer any information on that. for my first order, i emailed twice and called twice. the second call, someone did answer and was incredibly helpful. but that's too much work for me. I don't often have time to make a personal call during my busy work day.

We bought this from a Groupon deal. We didn't realize we would be charged extra for the shipping. When my husband called, they told him too bad you bought it. We were charge $65 twice for two separate orders. They came together in one box. I'm not sure why we were charged for 2 separate orders when they were chipped together. The taste of the product is bad. I have tried adding different flavors, but there is no disguising the apple, spinach, kale, collard flavor. We will never buy the product again.

Experience was ok - product is terrible. Foul tasting. I would welcome a full refund but purchased through GILT . Also the marketing materials amateurish. Very disapointed.

It was quite difficult getting through to Raw Generation. I called several times and was not able to speak to anyone. The website is confusing. For example, it says that if you subscribe, it will waive the shipping costs. When I subscribed, it did not waive the shipping costs. When I called to discuss this, it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone. Additionally, the product that I was interested in was not properly described. I had to go through numerous reviews to know that the product was powder based instead of pressed from fruits and vegetables.

I ordered this through a groupon deal. The price was amazing. However, when I put in the comments section that I wanted the order to be delivered on a Friday since I am home on that day, the comments were ignored and the product was delivered on a Wednesday. I had to find someone to run over to my house and grab the juices out of the hot sun. I ordered the cleanse twice and both times my comments were ignored.

The products I received differed from the products I believed I would receive. The juices felt extremely watered down and I was not satisfied with my purchase.

It was a pretty terrible experience. I ourchased the product through an application called Ru-la-la. Now, the original problem was the application's fault because they never told me that I had to go to the Raw website and order it directly after I purchased the product on the application. So the original problem was that the tech people from the application could not help me when I didn't receive the product in the 7-10 days until finally they realized that I had to use some voucher code to buy it from Raw. So I ordered it from Raw and it was never sent. I did send an email asking what happened to my order. No one ever answered. So about 2-3 weeks ago someone from the company calls me and tells me that I never picked up my order. I said I ordered it in April (this is now July) and it was never sent. The woman went on to say that I clicked a pick up order option, which I would've never done but maybe I did by mistake, and I said I live no where near the location to pick up, can it be sent? So she said, well I guess we can wave the shipping few for you and send it. I said, that would be nice because I would still like to try the product I paid for. Now I ordered this product in April. Why did it take until July for someone to reach out and wonder why I didn't pick it up? And on top of that, this was 2-3 weeks ago and I still have not received the product in the mail! So I wasted money on a product that I have given up hope on trying and really wanted to. And now I am getting this survey as if I received the product. Just frustrating.
