“The actual ordering we good except I needed two cleanses (one for my daughter and one for me) I couldn't get a hold of anyone to figure out how to order two with both our groupons and we couldn't wait much longer as I was leaving the country and wanted to do the cleanse before I left. We ended up having to do two separate orders and pay rush shipping on both...the juice for both of our cleanses came in one box. so essentially I paid rush shipping for two orders when I really should have only paid for one. Other than that the actual cleanse was great!”

“Juices are too sugary without enough fiber. I I couldn't get through the 3rd juice and didn't even finish the cleanse. I'm hugely disappointed.”

“My girlfriend and I decided to try this cleanse and overall we found it to be not only disappointing, but also nauseating. We are experienced in juicing, perhaps this is a good starter for those who are not. I can say that the instructions and tips are helpful. We purchased this on Groupon, had we paid full price, our review would be even more critical.”

“Shipping was unacceptable. I was sent the wrong fed ex number and my shipment was delivered when I was away for the weekend. I contacted customer service when my fed ex number wasn't working but since it was over a weekend, I didn't hear back til late Monday morning. My products were sitting out for two days. Thankfully they weren't totally defrosted.”

“This company may be OK in the future, but right now they are overstretched and poor customer service, slow shipping times and slow response times reflect it. I would go with someone else who already has their operations figured out.”

“The product was great but I felt as if I had no clue to when the juice would arrive. Since this is a perishable product there must be some better way to track, especially during high demand. Mine did not arrive until I was on my way out of town...luckily I caught the package, or I would have had to beg a neighbor to somehow put over 30 bottles of juice in her freezer.”

“I was so disappointed because we were not told that it takes forever for the package to arrive. We wasted one whole 3 day cleanse because the package arrived when we were in Hawaii. We were expecting it prior to the trip because my wife wanted to do the cleanse before we leave. Then I had to keep calling to follow up on it which was tedious. Isabel gave us a replacement for the 3 day cleanse and it did arrive as I was told. The bag/cooler that I was promised by Joanne, never came. I wish they were more efficient and more reliable. If your product is good but your service is poor, any paying customer wouldn't want to continue business with you.”

“I was disappointed with the shipping process. I didn't receive my package until a couple of weeks after I placed my order, and it arrived on a weekend when I wasn't home so a friend had to store it for me. Since the contents had to be kept frozen, she had to empty her own freezer!”
