I would have been happy to review, if i got my order. I order a week ago, got an email that my order shipped 2 days ago, and I still don't have it. I paid `$36 shipping price, expecting to get the next day.

Hi there, your tracking states that your order was delivered on Friday afternoon. If this is false information please contact FedEx and file a claim stating you did not receive your delivery. Once you have the claim number, we would be more than happy to ship you out a replacement.

Shipping cost are ridiculous. You spend $3-$4-$500 and still have to pay another $50 for shipping. Ridiculous. Last purchase from this company

Hi there, we do apologize for the expensive shipping. It all depends on what you are ordering and where it is going. The heavier and further it is traveling the more expensive it is. We offer free shipping on Amazon.com with one set price and free shipping no matter where you are located.

Not that this review is strictly based on my customer service/intranet experience as I have not yet tried the product. I placed my order 12/27 and selected a delivery date of Jan 2. I assumed there would be no deliveries on New Year's Day and I wanted to get started as soon as possible (I was doing this with a friend who ordered after me and received before). I received an email on Jan 2nd with a tracking number that said the expected delivery would be Friday Jan 5. I reached out to customer service to confirm and to also ask what I selected for my shipping information. If a mistake was on my part I wanted to make sure I didn't make the same mistake for future orders. I did receive an email back within 3 hours (which was fast considering this was after hours). However, the response I got was expected delivery was scheduled Jan 5th. I sent a message back asking the same questions and requesting more information on shipping information (for future reference) and still have not received anything back. I feel pretty confident in my abilities to order things online but I know accidents happen. So I'm most displeased with customer service and/or website interface. I will be willing to revisit my review after I receive my order.

We are on a shipping delay because of the local blizzard in our area, FedEx has not picked up or delivered yesterday or today so it is causing a delay in shipping. I was told that I would get a pre-delivery message prior to actual delivery, so I could adjust the date if necessary; I'd previously emailed Raw and someone emailed me back representing as much, as I was going to be out of town in early December. Thus I was lulled into a false sense of getting the information I needed. But I never got it. And the box arrived at my workplace while I was out of town. And sat there.... perishable....

She had told you that the order would process on 12/4, and once you had the order number to contact us and tell us to hold onto it until you were ready to receive it. We did not receive an answer, so it was impossible to know your order was going out when you were not there to receive it. Difficult to use Groupon. Several phone calls to get activated. Then separate online order process to get shipping. Shipping $35 extra (but still a good price). Customer service always friendly, however, product did not arrive when requested even though I received a fedex tracking email saying product had shipped. New estimated arrival is about 1 week after I requested it. Which meant I couldn't do the juice cleanse when I wanted to before Christmas. I'll update review once I've had the opportunity to try the product.

Not super awesome. Nothing would defrost and it was a slushy. Probably won’t do it again.

Hi there, sometimes refrigerators are too cold for the juice to properly thaw. You can try running them under hot water or putting them in front of a heater with a fan on them. The best way to defrost the juices is on the counter overnight in a cooler, they are usually perfect consistency by morning 😄 Sorry for any inconvenience.

I purchased the 3 day skinny cleanse And unfortunately didn't work for Me. I had other expectations I wouldn't recommend this juices.

I was super excited to try this cleanse and day 1 into it and have only like 1 of the juices and it is hard to force them down. Don't think I would try this again, and not going to be able to finish the rest of the weeks drinks which is a waste.

gritty and some have added sugar (ex: Tone & Trim: peanut butter powder, sugar, sea salt etc)

Have ordered multiple times from them. Very hit or miss, most recent time took 5 days to receive the order and took a while to get a response from customer service as I never received my shipment confirmation.

I have dealt with customer service at Raw Generation about three or four times now and they have never met my expectations in customer service. I have been quite disappointed. Even if they solve the problem, which I don't know that they ever have, they are never very friendly or really put an effort forth to try very hard, communicate well, or be as pleasant as possible.

Well right I am a littl disappointed in the ordering process. I ordered last Wednesday evening and I am now told my juice will arrive Thursday. Little surprised and disappointed it takes 7 days to receive your order when you pay $80 for shipping.

Hi there, I do apologize for that. Unfortunately when your order has to go express it can only be sent on Mondays and Tuesdays, so if you place an order anytime after 2PM eastern time on Tuesday, it is not shipped out until the following Monday. I do apologize for any inconvenience.

This was my third juice cleanse company and least favorite. The main reasons are delivery convenience- it has you call if you want the juiced delivered a specific day, rather than just entering it online when you check out. The girl promised me I'd get my juice early, when in fact I got it late. I had to email the company because a week went by and no shipping confirmation was sent to me. Then the girl who emailed me promised me I'd get it a certain day, and it came 3 days later. A juice cleanse is something you plan. Also the taste of some of the juices were undesirable. Will be using other companies next time.

When I placed the order it wouldn't let me select the delivery date, so I called the number as instructed twice and left messages. I also emailed. Instead of calling me back, I got an email the next day stating that my order had already shipped and providing the tracking number. Well, the shipment is coming on a day when I'm out of town so my choice is to either cancel my vacation or let the juice rot in the heat. My vacation is pre-paid, so I'm going to have to let the juice rot and it was a complete waste of $162, since the shipping process is inflexible and the RAW team is unresponsive. Very unhappy. The saddest part is that the juice was probably lovely but I won't get to drink it.

I've ordered from RawGen before (about a year ago) and had a really great experience. This time however, the communication from the company was so poor. I never received any kind of confirmation that my order had been received, even after going on to the website to request a confirmation. I had no idea if my order was received or when to expect it. When I did finally receive it, the box was quite damaged and I'm unsure if the refrigerated aspect of the packaging was effective at all. Not sure I'll even drink what I have in the freezer, but I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

The juices arrived on time and were still frozen. My review is only low because the green juices were very hard to stomach. My husband and I could not tolerate the smell or strong spinach taste.
