The reason I ordered it from recovery for athletes was they assembled the bike But that didn’t happen.
They said it was because they had trouble getting orders out so they sent it not assembled . They should have called me and informed me of that.”
“Well I love that I received the kit and the Bluetooth connection, but I haven’t received the rower. Apparently waterrower is shipping rowers later. I guess there was some miscommunication because I thought everything was shipped but apparently they are readying my order for the rower itself. I sort of chalk this up to water rower than recovery. Recovery has been responsive to my chat requests for information.”

“Our Viking Two Plus arrived in less than a week from ordering. It came with high quality hardware and took me about 25 mins to unbox and put together. I want to stress...it didn't come with cheap tools. Everything was well labeled and easy to follow.
We got this to be able to workout from home during COVID and have loved the machine. It stands up nicely and has a small footprint, it's relatively quite, it's sturdy & well made, and it is a versatile machine. My wife does a little hiit circuit on it and gives it 10/10. I've done sprints, longer rows, and other bodyweight exercises using the seat to provide some instability. Try doing a set of pistol squats, or ab rollouts using the seat as your base and this rower makes you feel the burn all over.

“I love my rower! However, it did take 7 weeks instead of the proposed 4 weeks to get to me... and then there was a faulty piece. Per one of your support people’s suggestion, I directly contacted WaterRower and drove an hour and 15 mins to Warren RI to have them replace the piece. Not ideal, but no way was I giving up on this rower after waiting so long!”
“Found you all to be wonderful to talk to.However, it took 3 weeks after my credit card was charged, for my bike to be sent out, and it was only after I spoke with the woman at Keiser in shipping Sandy Lopez Who was wonderful. I fortunately have an Account with Fed Ex so I knew when it was coming, because your company sent an Email 2 hours b4 it was delivered. Hayes also told me you would send someone to put the bike together and then texted me to say “my mistake” it would cost me $150.00. I called after receiving the bike and told him how nice all of you were, but you didn’t provide adequate service. After my having to do your job to expedite things, and the $150.00 mistake, you should have done something to make me feel important. Even if you offered to send you a Polar Heart Rate monitor, which works with the Keiser bikes, and I believe costs about $35.00, would have made the difference in how I felt about your company. Just something that would have made me feel this isn’t the way things normally work for you. Keiser Co. was wonderful, bike was packaged beautifully, had no trouble getting in touch with who I needed to talk to. Just felt like i had to do your job. Not what I expected”
