“Your company has been great however my Theragun has not been working for four days. I have emailed Theragun and your company is trying to contact them on my behalf also. In four days I have received one response from theragun that was a question about my phone. I have even tried to add it to a newer phone and it will not work. Would really like to send it back and get another one if we cannot get this resolved soon. Again you guys have been great, and I think it is just a glitch with the electronics/app. But is has made the gun completely unusable. They have not responded to you all either according to the email I got tonight.

“I love my new bike. As a small female carrying it inside and putting it together was really tough and a bummer that it couldn’t come constructed but that’s reality right now. That being said, I was promised a repair kit because it wasn’t coming constructed and it did not come. I was also told I would get a mat and stretch pads and was not provided those. I called and emailed and was told they ran out of both which is a major disappointment.”
