“Nice products of course, no one else has really cracked the activity gift market, and canny upselling as you are led from basic to premium addons. As a first-time customer I was not subscribed to any marketing emails until my first purchase. It is irksome then, that having bought a gift, I am then sent codes for a discount on the product that I had just bought. (And I don't need two parachute jumps.) Tip: subscribe, wait for the offers (and offers-on-offers!), then buy - not before. And just be aware that if you are given an instant in-site offer such as 10% off your first/next purchase, cashback to QuidCo etc will not be honoured.”

“Don't bother paying for the Premium Gift Box - they send it in the Standard Envelope (Free) anyway. If the gift is delivered directly to the recipient, the person purchasing the gift would probably never realise that they have been charged for goods that were never delivered.”
