“bought voucher for spa day bannatyne darlington what a performance not straight forward had to sort it out on the phone and that was tiresome any other voucher is accepted”

All booking information is available to view once logged into our activation site. As bookings are made through the supplier directly, we unfortunately do not have any insight into their booking websites however are more than happy to assist with any bookings in these instances. “The website was very easy to use and the variety of options on experiences is vast and appear to be good value. The package I ordered arrived exactly as stated within 3 working days. Could not have been any easier really.”

“The experience was a three course meal for two we booked Bella Italia ordered the meal which was very nice and asked for the bill for the extras which was tea and coffee we were presented with a bill for £70.00 with a discount of 17.00 taken off where would you get a three course meal with a glass of wine for two for 17.00 I gave the restaurant all the voucher information and after explaining to the manager he let us go with out charge but this caused a lot of embarrassment which spoiled the occasion. I complained to Red Letter days and received no response.”

“I bought my fiancée a helicopter taster lesson and hover she had an amazing time and the smile when she got out said everything, the pilot at heli air staverton was great, had a sense of humour and made it fun totally recommend it 👍🏻😀”

“I booked using a voucher given to me then wrote down the booking reference email. This was not what the restaurant wanted when I attended they wanted the activation code. I have sent them the voucher reference hopefully they can sort it from that.....its not an easy system to use and did not explain what would be required clearly.”

“I was happy with the choice of experiences available and the discount code made it more affordable, however, the website didn't seem to recognise my address and I had to get a friend to book for me which was disappointing.”
