“I have bought a couple of Red Letter Days and have been very pleased with them, however this time I have had a lot of difficulty finding locations to use my voucher. I am in contact with Customer Services atm because although the package was advertised as having 61 locations I can only see 18/22 when I login. The only locations I can see are not ones that I am interested in as I have either been to the area before or they are too far away for us to travel to for two nights. So at the moment I am not happy but I hope that this can be rectified. If not, sadly, I probably would not purchase another Red Letter Day.”

“Great prices, even better when I had an extra 23% off - was able to get several Christmas presents for events within close proximity to where I live. Loved the fact you could print off the Voucher and not have to pay delivery. and I know my children are looking forward to use their nights away etc. Will definitely use again.”

“Nice products of course, no one else has really cracked the activity gift market, and canny upselling as you are led from basic to premium addons. As a first-time customer I was not subscribed to any marketing emails until my first purchase. It is irksome then, that having bought a gift, I am then sent codes for a discount on the product that I had just bought. (And I don't need two parachute jumps.) Tip: subscribe, wait for the offers (and offers-on-offers!), then buy - not before. And just be aware that if you are given an instant in-site offer such as 10% off your first/next purchase, cashback to QuidCo etc will not be honoured.”
