“Very good service, prices very acceptable. Website easy to use and many choices available.”

“The experience day boasts about the high end cars the recipient can drive, but when you actually go to book the experience day you either don’t have any of those cars available near you or you need to pay additional fees to drive those cars. The recipient also needs to pay additional safety charges so they end up spending the same amount that you have paid for the experience. Not worth it.”

“This is a present for my Niece for her 18th Birthday, she loves horticulture & planting flowers so I’m hopeimg her mother & herself will have a lovely time ! I’m hopeing she will also pass her driving test so she can drive to Beautiful Cornwall!! Very happy I hope she is too!!”

“It's a good idea and worth keeping in mind for a birthday or Christmas gift. The website is not the easiest to navigate if you want to choose where to use your voucher: the location map only highlights the barest of details when you select a venue, then makes you start over to check another.”

“I suppose we are just unlucky. Our niece bought us a Red Letter experience and we decided to have a meal out at a local Italian restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant only to be turned away because they had,,,,,,,,,,,, Covid!!!!!!”

“I was looking for inspiration for a 60th Birthday present for my brother. I found the variety of Red Letter Days amazing and all reasonably priced to suit all pockets. The website is easy to navigate. The chosen voucher arrived in a presentation box which can be sealed after checking contents. All in all a very pleasant experience”

“Found a unique experience, website is very easy to use and it was reasonably priced. Only complaint would be that there weren’t many options available in our area (south west) for a gift that was a bit different (e.g. not a spa or cooking or driving experience)”

“I ordered 2 packages on the 22nd December on the assurance I would have them in time for Xmas. They came on the 8th January! In fairness that may have been the Post Office's fault but don't guarantee something if your supplier can't deliver. That said, and for this I can't fault them, I complained and was given postage back, 10% refund and a bottle of champagne and chocolates so their customer service, if you have to use them, is very good. Having the e-voucher did help so poor delivery but very good follow up.”
