“Awful service, purchased a voucher with a value of £159 and still waiting to receive it. They have 'attempted' to get the voucher to me and raised it with the seniors and still have no response. I'm currently out of pocket £159 as well as the voucher being intended as an engagement gift on the 26th February which is now long gone.”

“Purchased Red Letter racing pack for Ffos Las. On receipt of vouchers thought great what a service. Then it went downhill. Rang racecourse as advised to book date and they said they would ring back from booking office and lady who deals with it. 10 days gone 8 phone calls to ffos las each one promising I would get a phone call from booking office. Nothing yet. Please help.”

“Lots of choice in the driving experiences category. Sometimes less is more and we had to visit the site a few times before we could decide. Once we did, the voucher was received promptly and looks great.”

“I used my nhs discount to purchase hard rock cafe brunch however they didnt have availability for a long time therefore needed to swap them. I was very disappointment to find out that to transfer them i completely lost my discount. This was very disappointing.”

“I was thrilled when gifted a 4 car track day at any number of optional locations. The only location anywhere near me wanted an additional £25-00 for booking this apparent gift with very limited dates available for the whole of 2022, and another £25-00 which is pretty much demanded for insurance AND I QUOTE (Anyone not wishing to purchase the £25 damage waiver will need to provide credit/debit card details whilst signing on, to cover the cost of any repairs needed. This must be a card with £5000 or above credit available at the time) Thanks CAR CHASE HEROES and Red Letter Days!! So it will cost me £50 for receiving a Birthday present. DISGUSTING”
