“I love red letter days for presents mainly I can send the presents to my family and friends easily. One of my friends decided to change her present she rang the number and exchanged this easily for a different present altogether. “There was plenty of choice when deciding which experience to pick for my sons 30th birthday gift. I ordered online on a Sunday evening and the envelope arrived very quickly on the Tuesday, which was perfectly timed for me to give to him as that was his birthday.”

“Ordered my red letter day at 15.00 and it arrived the next morning so very impressed at the speed of delivery. It’s for a 60th birthday present so it has not been used yet. I was also able to use my blue light card to get some discount.”

“My husband bought me this Murder Mystery Weekend for Christmas 2019 after major cancer surgery which I couldn’t use because of lockdown Since them we have been emailing them to find out what to do since. It was over £100 and as pensioners it’s a lot of money for us to lose. 2022 and still not one email from them Will never use them again”

“Bought a voucher for a break, upon trying to book the hotel we were told there was over £300 extra to pay. They don’t tell you that. Feeble excuses from their customer services.”

“I bought a voucher for our grandson's birthday. Buying the voucher and forwarding it to his mum was straightforward. I've seen several reviews saying that problems were experienced when the recipient tried to redeem the voucher, so will reserve judgment until I hear how they got on.”
