“Terrible website to navigate and misleading very difficult for dyslexic people and slow - not clear at all will never use again However when I phoned the person was lovely and understanding”

“Ordered an experinec on line for my Sons 40th Birthday, so easy to do and I chose to have it delivered in a gift box. This arrive within 48hrs and I'm glad I chose to do it this way as the presentation is lovely. Will just wait to see now if it comes up to expectations on the day”

“Managed to find tickets to an event I wanted to go to however by going through Red Letter Days received a 20% discount. Well worth checking if your experience is available through them. Received the voucher after a few days and applied it directly to the vendor. I guess a little bit more effort than just buying direct but a big saving. Probably only worth doing so if it is well planned in advance as it's not instant.”

“I bought a voucher for a cookery course course at Cake Boy. The voucher is valid for 12 months The ad said there were a number of options (patisserie, chocolate etc) and two dates each month. I contacted Cake Boy 2 days after I bought the voucher. The only available classes in the next 12 months is 8 or 15 December, both Christmas Baking. Very limited availability and no choice of class”

“My experience of Red Letter Days has been excellent. The choice of packages is wide ranging. I chose a luxury break. After the sale discount was added I paid well below the hotels normal rate. From selecting to paying, the process was seamless. I received a conformation email then my voucher code. I contacted the Hotel via the link within the email, booking was straight forward. I have and will continue to use Red Letter Days.”

“I love red letter days for presents mainly I can send the presents to my family and friends easily. One of my friends decided to change her present she rang the number and exchanged this easily for a different present altogether. I tell all my friends about red letter days because of the value for money”

“There was plenty of choice when deciding which experience to pick for my sons 30th birthday gift. I ordered online on a Sunday evening and the envelope arrived very quickly on the Tuesday, which was perfectly timed for me to give to him as that was his birthday.”
