Customer service is at an all time low with this company. Marketing and offers however are endless. My third and final order from them took ~3 months and over 7 contacts with customer service prior to getting the order in the mail. My last attempt to get a response put me in touch with Ashley who did a great job understanding my problem with the order and working to expedite the delivery. Prior to this everyone on the customer service side of the business failed. It’s a shame to because I like the products, but they have lost this repeat customer.

Would give zereo if it was possible. My wife purchased some items in May and since then Redline Steel has been billing my Pay Pal account at the 1st of each month for a subscription which I never authorized. It's not a joint account. Multiple calls to the company have gone unanswered. All automatic payments have been cancelled and complaint filed with Paypal. This company is truly a ripoff and should not be trusted.

I accidentally made a 2nd order of the same product. When I realized it, I called immediately, which was Monday morning, after the July 4th weekend. When I explained my call, I was told as this was a promotional product, it is ineligible for refund. That is totally unacceptable- no one is perfect & as they had not sent (or even made) the product, it could easily be cancelled. I am done with this company (this is, obviously, not the first problem I’ve had.

Ordered two items in April 2021. Almost 4 months later there was no contact. I finally contacted the company. After complaining and threatening...they mailed a box to me with half my order and then sent an email saying my order was 'completed' - with only half my merchandise sent! I went to the website to complain and my order number was marked as completed. Still don't have half my merchandise. Always dealing with 'form' emails that don't yield results. Customer service non-existent. There is now an entire Facebook community who is complaining about this company. Don't be fooled by 5 star reviews that can be 'bought'! People do this on Amazon all the time to boost their rankings. Buyer beware. FTC now seems to be involved as well as the BBB.

This company is horrible!!! Ordered on February 11 or 12, 20021, and never got orders...kept emailing to them and they kept dancing around me....finally I lost my interest and told them to cancel my orders....and a few days later they said my orders were on the way...I said well you did not read my instructions...I DO NOT want them...and they said to watch for my post man to let him know I did not want to accept the packages...so now I am waiting for the refund. The orders arrived in late May! Never again!

Placed a order on May 13, 2021. I’ve called several times no answer, left messages no callback, emailed no response, so that the support form five times no response. I finally did get a response when I sent a PM tell me it takes 3 to 6 weeks to ship seven weeks still nothing. I will never order from this company again

Per your request Colin Wayne, Founder of Redline Steel, here is my review of your company & products. I ordered 7 of these “overstocked” items as you advertised, on 3/11 & 3/31, and immediately paid for them via PayPal. After spending over 3 weeks from 4/30 to 5/21, calling, leaving numerous voice message (which none of being returned), and sending emails, your company still did not fulfill my order, even though you didn’t have any trouble taking my payment immediately. It wasn’t until AFTER I (1) filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (2) filed a complaint with PayPal (3) and wrote a bad review; that you SUDDENLY decided to respond a week after I filed these complaints that you sent me my order but I received only 3 of the items that I ordered the week of 6/6/21. When I filed complaints again, SURPRISE, I received the remaining 4 items the week of 6/13/21. EACH of the items had severely OFF-CENTERED hanging hole in the top so the item doesn’t even hang correctly. WHAT A MESS!!!’ Product MISINFORMATION, with HORRENDOUS - NON-EXISTING Customer Service!!! After looking up reviews, I found that this is a common theme amongst the many, many bad reviews filed against your company with the Better Business Bureau and online reviews. I would NEVER recommend your company to anyone, and have found a couple other online companies that provide MUCH better (non-defective) similar products, fast delivery, good customer service and very competitive pricing!!!! If you’re going to present this as a Veteran owned business, DO MUCH BETTER OR STOP DOING “BUSINESS” P.S. You’re good at bombarding my email with your promotions, busy as I customer-I’d prefer you paid that much attention to fulfilling orders!! So, STOP sending me DAILY promotional emails!!

This company needs Marcus Lemonis to step in and help them out! They are waaaaaaaay behind on orders, their customer service is non-existent. Their ordering process has too many hoops and circles to jump through (always UPSELLIING!!). I just want to support this Veteran's business, but he's making it hard for me...

My order was filled after 108 days! I followed up several times with no response! I get an email that my order is on the way, yet the company never checked to see if I still needed it 108 days later. The company states that they are overwhelmed with orders. Could it be they are too busy bombarding me with all these special offers to not even reply to my query on the status of my order. Perhaps they should concentrate on the orders they received.

This used to be a good company. They are now taking over 5 months to deliver your product. Ordered in January, received in June. You can't get a hold of them through any means. They won't answer any communication but they are quick to take your money. You can't cancel your order. They are removing negative comments from their Facebook page and then block you from posting on their page at all. They are subscribing you to their monthly service at 40.00 a month without approval. Be very careful when ordering.

I ordered (March 2021) the boy dinosaur at the time the parents did not have a name yet I ordered it without one. I also ordered a split monogram, I received that one. The dinosaur is still in production to this date for several weeks I called the 800 number, can't leave a voice mail, sent e-mails and contacted them through the website several times with no answers. E-mails and other means dated 4/28, 5/19, 5/21 and 6/8 asked if I could get a name on it and I was told no because it is in production and processed, Are you kidding me Brooke (Customer Service and Communications). If anyone would have answered phones/e-mails etc. this would have not happened. Very bad communication will not recommend this company. I ordered from them because of being veteran owned,. As of today, no good review from me. Maybe they can go back on the Kelly Clarkson Show to apologize for their bad job of customer service. If I could give them a -10 stars for the review I would.

Ordered on April 21, 2021 3 items still waiting on those items. Called, emailed no response finally texted through Facebook. They first told me it would take 4 to 6weeks now telling me it could take up to 12weeks. I have filed with the BBB but there are many complaints against him.

We order a couple of times and got what we wanted but every one of our bank statement we get now Redline is taking money out of our account WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION (which is called stealing). Redline won't answer the phone between their hours 9a-5p and they won't return none of our messages. Redline keep sending us packages that WE DID NOT ORDER AND DO NOT WANT!! This Really BAD Business!! We Don't Want Anymore, Nothing from them At All. PLEASE STOP TAKING OUR MONEY AND SENDING US STUFF WE DO NOT USE NOR WANT!!!!

Thus far...I have not received any responses for over 6 weeks of asking, writing, emailing, calling, Facebook Personal Message, and support form filled out and sent. I ordered special monograms for three different addresses (three different orders) as house warming gifts.......STILL NO REPOSNSE.. I THINK I MAY HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORDERS...AND GET MY MONEY BACK IF I HEAR NOTHING TODAY... JUST POSTED ON FACEBOOK FOR STATUS. What I do receive are numerous office daily in my email to purchase, purchase, purchase...Why, they are so behind in fulfilling their commitments to their customers. this company was recommended by the person who got me my monogram two christmases ago... Very disappointed.

Customer Service = 0. No reply to numerous inquiries regarding my order status. It has been 4 weeks since I ordered. Of course, they blame COVID 19 on their FB page. I blame it on poor management. It's simple...if you can't fulfill orders in an expeditious fashion, then don't take the orders. They had no problem taking my money the same day I ordered however.

I ordered something and it took 2 months to receive Them I was inundated with emails On one of emails there was an offer for monthly gift box which I DID NOT ORDER They are very sneaky So they said they would cancel, but I got a gift box anyway

This company is absolutely the worst when it comes to customer service! I have tried to contact customer service with ZERO luck but I sure get tons of emails from the “CEO” of this awful company. The website says fast shipping and it’s been 3 weeks since my order and I can’t get anyone to answer me. How are they still in business????

This company is a joke ,I ordered one item for 8.00 ,then they kept on taking money out of my bank at there expense 30.00 x 4 I finally went to my bank and filled a dispute and changed my credit card so they cant charge no more, but they keep on sending me items that they are sending for free, today 05/24/2021 I came home from work and there was another package at my door, when will these stupid ever get it, ! Frustrated and poor service with this company ,My advice is quite bragging yourself up of how good your company is because you Suck !!!!
