“I felt I had to put complete trust in the person I was speaking to, and it made me very uneasy. I would have liked to somehow be reassured better that this service was not a scam. Part of my paranoia could be that I just attended an AARP fraud conference this week. Today's interaction made me very uneasy giving someone I did not know complete access to my computer.”

“Appears to have gotten me up and running with the help of Louis(sp?) from Reimage, Manda at Log Me In Rescue, and a $500.00 fee. Hopefully, this will keep me from hackers and other sneaky, foul things trying to impede my desktop and laptop 'puters. Now, it's back to my projects.”
