“I found the technicians at reimage extremely helpful and reassuring when I had a major problem with my lap top. They spent(in two sessions) a total of 3 hours remotely putting it right for me. The only criticism I have is that contact by phone is difficult as I think most operatives are out of the UK and connection is poor. However, the website is good particularly the HELP section and the CHAT section. Good service and a pleasing result.”

“I was able to re-install my Windows 10 successfully with the reported issues cleared but new issues came up. 1. The system after shutdown arbitrarily comes up by itself. 2. Sony Apps that came with the system disappeared. The system is under observation for now and I will keep you posted. Keep up the good work.”

“I have been a customer for about 3 years. I recently added another computer to my service. Other than being told one price and being charged something different, they are a good service provider. They can absolutely work through any computer malfunction you have. I like the fact they service each of my computers once a month to make sure they are working to the highest level possible. “1st. No one gets 5 stats, as there is always room for improvement. I am very hard of hearing, need assistance to hear non English, when they speak with a rogue, as she did. Sasha as she claimed her name, was over pushy with product, once she started her sales pitch. I have learned a lesson, it was an overseas purchase. I am not happy with that, but its done. I'm not on much, and when she called last evening, I don't being lied to. I recognized her voice. Claimed she was from a bank! No she wasn't. Now Alvin , who fixed the issues, I had not one bit of problem. He was very polite and definitely a pro!”

“All good, however there are two (2) computers here and only one was services and it took some time. had to press on with other important issues and could not watch progression. Maybe next month we can check both computers. Kind regards...PY”

“Good service, but communications were somewhat difficult to understand over phone system. Results seem well done, but have had some malware pop into the system which may be in residence of the hdd. I was impressed with the speed of repair, and the courteous staff.”

“I must say that I only recalled purchasing reimage when I received notice of the pending subscription falling due. Why? I think I was under the impression that it was working away in the background. This was not possible as I had not even installed it! This I did after a chat with Leslie and set it to work. The openness of the analysis and subsequent repair was quite impressive and clear. The time came after an hour or two to reboot. So far, after some 15 hours the computer is still “Shutting Down”! This is a concern as I need to start work. Time for another chat methinks to make the next move! So far so good. Second chat quickly resolved all problems - turn off and restart! Bingo.”

“Only having had this completed an hour ago, I can say that the computer appears to be working properly again. The service was fairly quick and complete. Good not to have to leave it off at Best Buy for 3 or 4 days. The pricing seemed fair although, not being real knowledgible about the problem, I hope I bought what was needed and not more. Norman was clear and concise and not pressuring me, which I appreciate. Jessica essentially must have done her job well because she told me the viruses were removed. I have no way of knowing that, just take her word for it. Overall I think it's a good service for those who have these problems. Thank you!”
