When I called to report my computer data was wiped out, after using the service for the first time, the agent I spoke with was very nice to restore everything back. He waited patiently until it was done. He also provided a courtesy Tune-up when my computer did not seem to run as quickly as before. The wait between him and the advanced Tech support was way too long. I did not think she would ever show up. Long pauses while she worked left me uncertain if I was to respond to questions on the screen or not. Certain applications she used had unknown publishers which I was not comfortable with. Otherwise she was very polite. Both agents asked for my computer log in and it was not used by either. I didn't understand the need to ask for it. That poses a security breach in my opinion. I have not used my computer enough to comment on how effective the Tune-up is.

I bought Restoro in December and in January I had to change the PC. I uninstalled Restoro from the broken PC und installed it on the new one. Now the license key is no longer valid! What to do?

This program looks good, and I would purchase it and give it 5 stars IF . . . at the very beginning, you had told me the price that would be demanded at the end of the scan, which, in all innocence and for some totally irrational assumptions, I had thought would be done for free since there was no mention of price, money, paypal, my credit card, or payment terms when all of this high-tech crunching started. Please excuse my naivete. I may want you in the future but not right now. Thanks anyway.

Ich habe nachweislich einen einjährigen Lizenzschlüssel erworbender der leider nur einmal eingesetzt werden konnte. Nach mehrmaligen Schriftverkehr ist Restoro nicht in der Lage diesen Lizenzschlüssel für die vertraglich festgelegte Zeit freizuschalten. Ich bin hochgradig verärgert über diese Vorgehensweise. Der Preis war laut Angebot 31,95€ den ich auch über PayPal bzahlt habe.

Even though the program changed my keyboard configuration from English (US) to English (Australian) which caused interchange between @ (Shift 2) and ", I perceived it to be a good utility program which I obtained as part of a bundled subscription which I thought was for the same duration as the subscription with which it was bundled. My disappointment came when the software remained on my computer alerting me to problems which, when it invited me to have the detected problems fixed, insisted that I take out a new subscription for the Restoro component of the bundle. There are two issues here the first of which is, if this program is so good, why did it not find those problems in the first "one time only" (apparently) sweep available in the bundle and the second issue - Were these problems deliberately missed in the initial sweep so as to entice/bully/extract a subscription when they were magically discovered on the same day as the initial "once only" repair? Either way, either the program was deficient or, I believe the marketing method deceitful which, on principle, will not receive a subscription from me.

It is alright, but one thing went wrong, which bothers me not too much; namely It is that I lost the languages from the taskbar. I helped myself by choosing the Croatian keyboard QWERTZ in all my writing. But otherwise the laptop works OK.

Restore does a good job of scanning my files and pinpointing problems, but when I try to repair it and I enter my liscense key it keeps coming back as invalid. I went to your web site to check my key, I enter what you sent me and it still says invalid. What can I do?

I had pc issues and bought Restoro and the additional PC service. When I recently had issues, the PC service of 24/7 was not available. I will call them soon again to recheck my PC. Restoro is not a bad program, and I have had no problems after running it. Yet, it is better than nothing, and there are a lot of fix-it programs available out there, not all of them good. I rate Restoro as "average" because along with the additional service, it is just that. Average.

Ich bin sehr sauer,ich habe Ihren Programm für 3 PC gekauft,aber ich könnte nur ein PC mit Ihren Programm Programmieren,und bei die beide neine Code ist ungültig,dazu muss ich ständig von neu Ihren Programm einloggen,es macht mich sehr nerves,wenn es so weiter wird gehen,werde ich mein Geld zurück überweisen ,weil so was macht kein Verkäufer, ich bin Ältere Mensch und muss mich noch zusätzlich über Ihren Programm Ärgern,es ist schon genug mit der PC Ärgern,das ist nur Betrug wie ich das sehe,ich erwarte von Ihnen,eine Positive Antwort,oder mein Geld zurück,es gibt mehrere gute Programme,welche so ein Circus machen nicht,der Microsoft ist einen Abzocker ,vor 2 Jahre habe von Euch einen Techniker bezahlt ,welche hat von mir einen Genehmigung im meinen aus weit mein PC reparieren,leider nach zwei Reparaturen,hat mir mein PC total kaputt gemacht dazu noch bei PayPal mit meiner Konto bedienen hat und doppelt Geld überwiesen ,Und von TOTAL AV am 4 ,05 ,2019 haben sich sogar zweimal mein Geld überweisen.
