Someone scammed me pretending to be hmrc claiming overdue tax. I got scammed £1998.00 and resolut have done nothing about it! Now I associate scammers and fraudsters with resolut

Revolut are absolutely impossible to contact. My account has been inaccessible and I have spent two weeks trying to contact anyone in Revolut without success

Worst on-boarding ever. Revolut stuff don't know how ID or Passport looks , they can't double check it. And when you remark them about it, they block your application in revenge. And starts to lie you that your structure is to difficult ( I am single person in firm in LTD), or they don't work in my country ( I know firms in my country that opened account there). Unprofessional, deceitful , vindictive. One of worst services out there.

How is this legal, its just chat bots. No one is working at all in any accounts. They have blocked my accs and all funds including a business one. They are doing to to thousands of accounts. This is absolutely shocking that they are not closed down now. There has to be a way to get this sorted. See images attached of constant conversations that always end up chat bots and they are total liars. I am now taking this further to trading standards and the FCA Please never use this scam and tell everyone you know with a Revolut account to withdraw all funds and close account as soon as they can as you will loose your money. This mob are a total sham. I also can not log into my business account what do ever it just says too many attempts and try again in a million years, see images attached of the constant conversation attempts I've made. They have held client money too in the business side and lost me business. I want to seriously take this as far as possible to take them down.

This card service is a joke. My husband tried to give me money on my account with his bank card then they froze my account and took all my money in my account they said they are allowed to do this because it violates there terms and conditions. I don’t recommend using thief’s to handle your money you have no control over your own account and money and freeze your account whenever they want. Use chime

REVOLUT DONT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE TO BE CLOSED DOWN SOON MY SOLICITORS SAID. GET YOUR MONEY OUT. THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT AND SUSPEND HUNDREDS OF ACCOUNTS DAILEY. BE CARFUL AS THEY DONT OPEN THEM UP NO MATTER WHAT YOU PROVIDE THEM WITH. ITS A SCAM TO HOLD AND INVEST MONEY. MY BALANCE IS £1700 VERY SMALL AND ALL TRANSACTIONS SELF EXPLANATORY SMALL TRANSACTIONS. It’s a SCAM AND MY SOLICITORS AGREE. My reviews are now being wrote every day until Revolut reply to me. They don’t communicate with me or my solicitors. Ignore is there solution! They need to let me have my money back. JOE HEYWORTH Revolut DONT trust.

Revolut has zero customer support. There is no one on their live chat and they don't answer emails. I had a minor issue but still, something I wanted to get sorted as I couldn't use my card. Now, what happens if I have a serious problem, and I'm in a foreign country and need help? Well, in that case forget it!

everything was was working well until one day the have frozen my account. According to them, I have „too many“ transactions. They asked for my 3 months payslips, my other bank‘s statement where my salary is deposited. After providing all the documents, i am waiting for three months to get it unblocked, no success. In the meantime I lost a huge amount of cash in my bitcoins which i bought in Revolut. Now after few months, they are asking more payslips. Apparently they scum you taking a lot of financial information. Stay away from them.

I got scammed and this ‘bank’ done nothing to help. Other than tell you sorry and not giving a toss about their customers. Called my normal bank and said they would have helped me with it. AVOID this useless, fake bank. You should be ashamed of being called a financial company. Vile service And people should have the right to know that there’s not protection at all with yourselves as you just wash your hands with the issues even after an issue being reported to the police The worst thing is they automated useless answers they provide. Please everyone do your research and look for a reliable financial institution. This ‘bank’ if you can call it that is the worst. First time ever I have been scammed and they couldn’t give a toss. Even the police said that they didn’t think Revolut would help, however they did mention that other banks would

STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!!! FRAUD! They blocked my account and my money without reason before more than 1 month.All clear in my account, the money comes only from other my account and all payments which I made with revolut card are to bigger UK companies FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! On 11.01.2021 I made a complaint.On 12.01.2021 I received email in which they answered on my complaint “ Hi Yonko Dobrev, We’re sending you this email to confirm that we’ve received your complaint. We take all feedback seriously and we want you to know that we're going to fully review your query and get back to you with a response as soon as possible. For complaints, this should only take a few days, but in some circumstances, it could take up to 15 days.” Today is 30.01.2011 No ANSWER ON MY COMPLAINT,NO ANSWER ON MY MESSAGES- FULL IGNORE!!! I WANT TO ASK WHICH ANOTHER BANK ON THE WORLD WILL DO THIS?

Small time crooks. Instead of listening to people's complaints about revolut I gave them a try and deeply regretted it. I had my money blocked for 8 weeks in total. Clueless agents who have no interest in assisting you, answer with a copy-paste answer and then be quiet for weeks. People, DO NOT entrust these amateurs with your money!!! There's a reason why they low/bad reviews, they are amateurs.

I was a client of Revolut for more than 2 years, all was good, I never mind that can happen or happening case with other people, I just watch the video about how much cool company Revolute. So, I was blocked today with 1000$ on account, support from morning still not answer, only few bot say like just wait... So Revolut has a new business: it's robbery but with the law cover.

my identity was stolen and used to open a revolut account, I reported this fraud countless times to revolut agents and I was not helped besides the poor security for new users revolut I do not stop the reported frauds

Everything was great until I've been asked to prove my source of funds. Since I sent them my documents, no one has responded me yet. I chatted with a live Agent and that agent sent me to another agent, now I'm stuck because since I was waiting for that live Agent to respond. I've been waiting for days. How many days do you really need to verify some PDFs? How many days???

I have been with Revolut for approx 4years and have generally found their services really good. BUT this week I was unable to exchange GBP to EUR and contacted support. I was told I was running an old version of the app and needed to uninstall it and reinstall the new version. I did this and haven't been able to access my account since. All the money I own is in there and there is no way to get help outside of the app! And even in-app it is very difficult. So I am now without food, money for petrol, cannot pay my bills and absolutely desperate. If you look at Revolut community there are hundreds of people like me that haven't been able to access their own money, in some cases for months! I would strongly recommend not putting any money with these guys because when you get a problem, you are on your own!

I have been a client of Revolut for 2 years now. I haven't used the app in a while because I only mostly use it when traveling. I tried to sign up and I noticed they closed my account. When i ask their customer service why did they banned me from the platform the told me " I can't tell why is that as I simply don't know."No reason at all to close my account. So if they that to me thell do it to anyone. Dont recommend using them they are untrustworthy.

Terrible system since they switch to lithuanian accounts. Everything worked fine before but now they have no information whatsover about any problem you ask them. Their customer service is full of incompetent employees who respond to your question with a useless response and never actually solve your issues. You'd expect to have better support with their paid plan but no, your problem isnt solved and you get taxed on it. Looking for another international bank system because this one is downright horrible.

Terrible! Froze account, saying I needed to provide info - but nothing happens when you try and click the alert. Don't even bother trying to get through to customer service, as it's non existent. The supposed web chat will just hang on 'looking for an agent' indefinitely.

I am an EU citizen living in the UK for 2 years. I pay all my taxes and I have my pre-settled status. It is unacceptable that Revolut has as only options for the verification process the options of showing your UK passport or UK driver's license. Both of which I didn't have the opportunity of acquiring yet. When I contacted the customer support they advised me (after waiting for hours) that the only way of me showing that I live in the UK is by sending them my Visa or my residence permit. I didn't have either as these are issued to non-EEA. I informed them that I can prove my right to live and work in the UK by the shared code issued by the government as indicated in my pre-settled status. They didn't accept it. Consequently, they informed me that I can't open an account. It's unbelievable.
