“Revolut is holding payments for arbitrary reason... 2 of my payments have now been "on hold" for 3weeks +. The payments have been made to one of my other account so this has nothing to do with the merchant not accepting it.

“I cannot recommend this bank. We use Revolut for business reasons. We have transferred money to our account from a subsidiary. Instead of being credited, the account was closed. It was confirmed in writing that the amount will be transferred back within 5 days, which did not take place. When asked, it was said that it now takes up to 10 days, so Revolut has proven to be untruthful. I can only urgently advise against entrusting larger funds to this company, this misconduct, which can be proven in writing, is unacceptable. The company can only be reached via a chat with constantly changing contact persons.”

This goes on until you give up. You leave it a few weeks regain you strength and resolve have another go they ask for different document. They ask for things that don't exist. The website is very badly designed and full of bugs and technical problems - not what you want when trying to access your precious resources. I also don’t trust them anymore after hearing how many accounts got frozen and money stolen. Even this hasn’t happen to me yet ( I take it because I’m still new ) I’m having problems with them already and nothing is straight forward with them and works well. The fact that I can’t even seem to get a person to talk to and only robots makes it even worse. I decided to listen to other people and save myself the pain of my account being frozen and my money stolen.”

They answer me again and again that the reviewing will be done in a couple of businesses days. But the weeks are going and I can't get access to my money. My rental payment has been cancelled and it seems I have lost my money.
