“Rhythm Japan rents out very good equipment, the service is very good and they know what they are talking about and they ask all the right questions for fitting and matching equipment. on top of that they have bring-/ pickup services for you or your rental wich is just super convenient. we would definately rent here again. “I think there is a reason why you guys are so successful in Niseko. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rental and return process are very user friendly and efficient. Its just great.”

“I was very impressed. Very efficient check out with good care taken to ensure right boots and skis. Loved the shuttle drop off. Super easy to change over to an awesome powder ski when it snowed. Loved the pickup from our lockers. Great service all round. Thanks”

“I rented the premium skis/board. The people who fitted my skis were AMAZING. They ran me through on how I should feel in the boots and advised what skis were best suited for my level. It resulted in me having the best ski runs I had. Thanks so much to the two of them! I finally know what it means to enjoy the slopes.”

“My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Rhythm Japan at Niseko. All the Rhythm staff we interacted with, went out of their way to help us with all our requests. On our first day at Niseko we got lost trying to get back to our accommodation on foot. We stopped someone in a Rhythm van to ask for some guidance and directions. The driver volunteered to drive us back to our hotel - outstanding initiative, and so much appreciated. My ski boots were very hard to put on and take off, even though they were comfortable and fitted well once they were on. I took them back to Rhythm. I was provided a replacement pair of boots which were fantastic and made a huge difference to my enjoyment of our time at Niseko. Thank you Rhythm. I think you should be very proud of the way your staff work hard to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. I wouldn't think of using another company for ski hire after this experience.”
