“I concluded the business online and found your staff very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The addition of personal accident was clearly explained and I decided to accept this. “As a loyal customer sorting uptodate insurance is easy with Rias. I decided last week to get a quote from another company they were dictating where I had to take my new car for servicing not the local main dealer that is when I terminated the conversation I was appaled.”

“The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and summarized well other products. Payment went through quickly and within a couple of days or so I received the "new look" policy booklet. I would recommend this company.”

“Excellent service. What i like about this company is that they don't assume you want to renew with them every year. They send you a quote through the post and then leave it up to you to contact them. If only all insurance companies could do this.”
