“Your Car and Home Insurance is excellent, your Travel Insurance with Collinson Insurance is not. I cancelled a travel insurance with them 4 months into the policy and with nearly four months until we travelled and was only given one third of my premium back.Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well.”

“I was busy with my grandson when agent called in response to my quote on line & so she called back the next day at the agreed time. I had several questions that were answered fully & nothing was too much trouble, result new customer happy with policy content & price.”

“I wonder - - -Was it Gemma I spoke to? If so she was very helpful and I was assured that the cover terms for 16/17 would be exactly the same for me as in 15/16. She went over every aspect of the new policy and I was again happily covered by RIAS as I have been for years”
