“I wonder - - -Was it Gemma I spoke to? If so she was very helpful and I was assured that the cover terms for 16/17 would be exactly the same for me as in 15/16. She went over every aspect of the new policy and I was again happily covered by RIAS as I have been for years”

“I found RIAS staff to be very efficient, helpful & patient to my questions. It is also good to talk to somebody within our own country borders who know the logistics of our buildings, structures, roads & laws. I am not racist, just get fed up of misunderstandings & long delays on the line. RIAS answered very quickly & it was a pleasure to get a 'human' quickly & not an automated computer voice while the cost of any call was increasing by the minute!”

“I am grateful to the agent for his call to me, otherwise I would now be without house contents insurance cover. I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but I found him to be very polite, helpful and efficient. I cannot fault the service and would recommend Rias to friends and family.”

“Fairly easy (quick) to get through to the renewals Department. Once through I was dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional way. Although I was advised of other add-ons to my policy I never felt pressured. I also had a couple of queries relating to my policy where I required some extra clarification. Frankly if I had been hassled or subjected to anything other than a clear explanation it would have put me off and I may not have renewed.”
