“I purchased the policy over the phone, tho' my details were online, via the 'compare the market' site but I was having problem online. Michelle was very prompt and efficient so I hope that the service, should I need to use it??? Is as efficient. The premium was one of the cheapest on the site, so all in all, I was very pleased with the policy”

“I got several quotes from a comparison web site and started looking into the detail of what was covered. Of those I was interested in only RIAS made the information readily available on line, and I was able to read both the summary of cover and the policy booklet. Competitive quotes are one thing, but I wanted to evaluate their telephone response before taking out the policy. I rang and got a prompt and helpful response ( and have done so when I have had to telephone since taking out the policy). So my evaluation thus far is that I got the cover I wanted at a good price with a company that has been a pleasure to deal with.”
