“'Compare the Market' came up with RIAS as best value provider in my circumstances, easily beating my current provider. When I rang RIAS they were very efficient, friendly and helpful. My car insurance was dealt with in a few minutes once I had given them my reference number from C the M. All the necessary paperwork arrived very promptly. I can't fault them so far!”

“excellent over the phone with the young man who dealt with me, BUT terrible service when I came to your offices near Tesco's, my wife and I waited for 2 hours to be dealt with and eventually we just got up and left, very angry. Yours sincerely Dave Courtney.”

“The initial online quote was very simple and straightforward, followed up with a later phone call to make sure everything was as requested and to answer any questions. I had already decided to go ahead with Rias after obtaining several quotes online and contacting my previous insurer as the renewal premium had increased considerably. The completion of the application over the telephone was easy and my documents arrived as stated however the only thing that has not been done as requested online was a joint policy with my wife as the documents do not mention her name at all. An otherwise perfect transition from quote to application and finally the documents.”

“The process of completing the proposal form online after finding that the RIAS premium was the most economical on www.comparethemeerkaats.com could not have been easier. Luckily, I knew the rebuild cost of our house, and the value of our posessions so answering all the questions was not difficult. The optins for extra cover are clerly explained and reasonably priced. We had been with our previous broker for several claim free years they before inflated our renewal premium by more than 108%. They were unable to give any reason why. The premium with RIAS for cover underwritten by the same insurer was more than 10% less than last year's premium with our previous insurer. Thank you and well done RIAS.”

“The online proposal and purchase was clear and easy to follow. Uploading the required documents was also easy once the account was set up and the subsequent query was easily resolved by telephone with a very helpful member of staff. Would highly recommend RIAS to my friends - and I am not easily impressed!”
