“Clear concise information delivered in a very pleasant manor. No rush or pressure was put on the recipient. Questions were ansewered clearly and nothing was to much trouble. “staff very helpful and friendly when I phoned for assistance to set up the policy and again when I didn't fully understand how to set up on line viewing staff were able to talk me through the procedure without making me feel ignorant of online systems.”

“Rias came out top in my view because of their reputation and service (there were slightly cheaper offers but the benefits didn't appear so good). During the follow up telephone conversation I was asked if I would like a policy document to be sent which I am still waiting for - I can only hope that this has been delayed because of the Xmas post/”
