“It's alright - yet to try the bedsheet tho delivery seems ok. could be better with notifications and it's pointless to be "forced " to download the Pickup app as it doesnt get updated at all or show any tracing.”

“There were some issues with one of my order item's cancellation and delivery but was very promptly resolved with a patient and accomodating customer service. There may be teething issues as Robinsons is now working online only, but great customer service saves it all, keep it up!”

“I have purchased via the Robinsons online shopping - I like the prompt order processing, reliable and friendly delivery service. The packaging and presentation is well-insulated. The delivery guy is famliiar after repeated delivery to our home - always with a ready smile and warm greetings.”

“Been shoppjng with Robinsons for decades. Tried their online n it was bumpy at e start. However feedbacks are taken seriously with satisfactory responses (not necessarily immediately though). Its 30 days return policy are not well understood by their first responders. Continued training may be required if Robinsons want to become the online platform with excellent customer service as advertised.”

“Item was well packed and delivered reasonably quickly. I expected it a little earlier but was not in a big hurry. Worked out well.”

“Good selection and prices. First item was delivered 3 days after my order, but the second item did not show changes in tracking status until it was delivered 2 weeks later. There’s room for improvement to Amazon standard, since Robinsons is now online-only.”

“It was a good promotion for the reed diffusers and the order arrived very securely packed. However, it took quite a long time (11 days, but 2 days were the CNY holiday) before I received the order. Overall, I am happy with the order and will order again if there is a promotion. I would like to see a greater variety of goods in the Robinsons website - clothes (plus sizes too), shoes, bags, cosmetics & skin care.”

“Product works fine, but seems to be old stock (understandably because it was on sale). Box was slightly mouldy and there were some at the exhaust portion of the hairdryer, which we managed to remove with wipes.”

“This is my first time buying online with Robinsons. Physical purchase is still a better experience. Prices are slightly on the high side. I think it still maintains the "catering-for-the-special section" of the consumers. Maybe the higher income section. Whatever, do not forget the "low income" section of the consumers. Though low income they are affordable.”
