“Package arrived with some parts of the packaging torn. If it was a rainy day, the bedsheets that I bought would be all ruined. I think you can definitely improve on the packaging. Also, it would help if there was a lead time of notification 2-3 days before delivery. That way, I can plan better to ensure someone is home to accept the delivery. Otherwise I am pretty satisfied with my first online purchase. Thank you. 🤗”

“Robinsons' customer service is fantastic. There was some mixed up and confusion in my order The customer service person sorted it out and resolved it for me without me doing anything. All she did was saying let me check and call you back. Within 30 minutes, she called back and said it is all settled.”

“Happy with Robinsons online purchase. Items received in good condition and well packed. Best if: 1. Delivery can be faster especially during the seasoning period. 2. More transparent on tracking info 3. Supplier include their Christmas's packaging materials”

“Online orders was easily done, but the process before delivery was not so transparent in that there was no information on the exact date for delivery until the very day, so for a period of 2-3 days there was anxiety as to where the package was . Otherwise alls well.”

“Hi I bought 2 products. 1. Delivered on 24th Dec. 2. Today 3rd Jan did not receive another product. 3. I sent an email asking about the delivery. But not no answer till now.”
