“Product fine. Interaction O But delivery lead time is unknown until the product arrives. Clearly, multiple items from XIAOMI were wrapped in black shrink wrap and it seems they send from China. It must be possible to give an estimated delivery time rather than no communication or at least an email of reassurance that you are on the case. This is particularly relevant for new customers. I was a member of Robinsons 3 years ago and know the brand but not everyone has been. J.Meyer You ask if the delivery was on time. I don't know. What was your target. Delivery well over 7 days but less than a month I think.”

“The items ordered were delivered fast, however, I wondered why they were sent at different timings. Products bought are good. Love the Snowdown down pillow.”
