“Great communication with Rowena via email! I get to receive some items while waiting (still waiting) for the rest of shipment to arrive. I didn't mind, especially after Rowena explained about the delay. Tx Robinsons & Rowena!”

Please know that if you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “Glad that yr customer service response to my delivery address correction was prompt. Delivery service was also prompt. Goods received in good order. Purchase online was also easy and hassle free. Good. Keep it up. Prices of other merchandise - not that competitive though.”

“Good discount. Wishing there were more discounts given on good quality bedsheet /quilt cover sets. Delivery fast and efficient. Plan to continue to shop on Robinsons online if I come across good offers.”

“2 seperate shipments were made. Just to feedback that the Vitahealth Acid Free Vit C received were not sealed. Kordels product is ok.”

“so glad robinson is back in full force. will support u so long its within my budget. so far so good, been ordering quite abit from you. with tracking to know where the delivery is, and receiving my items very very fast in 3-4 working days time. i did not give a 5 star is coz one of my items is not delivered (its a one for one free item). i have emailed to your team and they got back the next day! they said they would deliver the missing item to me.”

“Quality product and reliable service. Item arrived very quickly and the bedsheet sheet was lovely. Not disappointed at all at choosing to purchase from Robinsons because the same set was offered elsewhere at a similar price. Shopping experience was pleasant but there is limited choice though. Not enough variety so I had to purchase extra pillow cases elsewhere.”
