“Pricing inclusive of delivery is most competitive after comparing a few online shopping sites. Item came well packaged in a week’s time. The only down would be I didn’t receive any email notifications from Robinsons when item was shipped. I only know it was sent after I receive a sms from delivery co.”

“Product & price is good. delivery is fast but some improvement if possible. Delivery slot not given, delivery arranged by the service provider, it will be good to have the delivery people to contact us so that we are able to make arrangement to be home to pick up the parcel. not right to have the parcel left at the door.”

“This is my first time using ROBINSON online service. Being a well established brand, I feel very safe and comfortable to order online with ROBINSON. Overall I received my goods within 3 business days. Would be nice if the user online experience can be improved: 1. To confirm stock is available and provide an estimated delivery lead time before asking for payment. 2. To allow customer to select delivery date. Thank you.”

However, if you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “Order came separately in 2 parcels on different days. It would be nice to inform customer of this arrangement. When my 1st parcel came i thought my order was short delivered. Both parcels came in very good packaging condition.”

“First time I try online shopping with Robinson. The product I purchased is as good quality with I purchase at the store. There is also flexibility to return one of the item that I don’t like. Overall, I’m happy with the shopping and will continue to do it.”

“Ordered 2 items and was surprised there were 2 separate shipments. Not sure how is the backend logistics arrangement. If the items came from different warehouse, then understandable. Otherwise, am worried about additional carbon footprint.”
